Stayed Aug 19, 2023I stay in Sunset Island every year with my family for the last decade. It's a very special place to us and this year I specifically chose this condo because of the wrap around balcony since we have never stayed in a location with that feature. The photos online showed the balcony was fully accessible but to all of our disappointment, the wrap around portion was baracaded off and inaccessible. I never would have booked this location had I known I wouldn't have access to the entire balcony and feel it was false advertisement and that I would receive a partial refund! The screen doors were old, rusty and barely opened and there was paint chips and portions of the ceiling coming off everywhere in the condo. We made the best of it but would NOT recommend this condo again due to the condition and the lack of full balcony use. Had that been disclosed prior to booking, it wouldn't have been such a disappointment to my family.
