Stayed Sep 4, 2025The pictures and property description were very accurate. The home is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Michigan. Our communication before and during our stay with property management was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet yet only 10 mins from South Haven and 20 mins from Saugatuck. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it a couple of additional nights. We look forward to staying here again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This house is far above average. The view was spectacular and the hot tub was hot and ready in spite of the snowy weather. This was a great place for a family gathering.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for four nights for a family reunion, the 10 of us.. it is a beautiful setting and the house very well stocked and outfitted. The communication with Upscale was very good, the house manual informative, and the beach tram great fun. There were a few maintenance items that were responded to very quickly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sunset Haven is the perfect name for this gorgeous home. Every evening was spent on the back deck, soaking in the amazing views as the sun sank over Lake Michigan. (My camera roll is now strictly a sunset album) The home is spacious, updated and stocked with everything you’ll need. We enjoyed practically all our meals on the deck, lazy mornings on the beach and evenings around the fire pit. South Haven is a great town to explore but we found ourselves wanting to be back at the house most of our time because it was just that wonderful. The children loved having their own space in the bunk room and we felt safe letting them roam the large yard and ride their scooters around the end of the street. We are already talking about planning next summers family trip back to Sunset Haven!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This beautiful house allowed our family and friends to make many memorable monuments. This house needs an additional refrigerator on premise. The icemaker did not work, which is a necessity. The stove and oven should be upgraded as well there needs to be a better supply of paper products.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Owner/ Management Company keep making upgrades to which was already a fantastic place to stay. This was 5th year in a row myself and family have stayed there. Going back again next year

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This house was amazing!! We could not wait to wake up in the morning to drink our coffee and look at the sky and water. We had multiple ages that were happy here (0-68). We make so many memories with our family and had such an amazing time. We woke up early in the morning and watched the sun set at night. Sat by the campfire until we were ready for bed! Thank you for letting us use your home and make it our own for a week!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful location and view. Would have been five stars except the bunk bed room had dirty sheets and cracker crumbs in the bed. The fireplace was inoperable. The screen door was virtually impossible to operate and needs to be replaced.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I brought my mom and siblings here as a Mothers Day gift. We had the best time sitting on the deck every night and just looking at the water and sunset. The view is awesome. The house is clean, the management company is responsive, and there is so much to do nearby. We found the beds to be comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. You can't go wrong renting this property.
