Sunset Estate 7 bedrooms, Sleeps 18! + Game Room

Perfect location and house for our family Christmas! Had everything we needed!!

This house has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and is so fun with ping pong, game room and kayaks.

The kitchens had everything we needed and more (well, other than ice). While it was clearly communicated that there wouldn't be ice, I do feel like a tabletop ice maker would be easy to add for convience. Especially with few options of places to get ice. We had everything needed for the game room, ping pong table, and even life jackets for the lake which were heavily used and loved! We were also graciously given a late check out which was incredibly helpful for such a large house. The neighborhood was super quiet and beautiful, deer everywhere!

Tried to contact about some issues found upon arriving got no response. Texted and called number in regards to trash and got no response. With a house that big more bathrooms and better AC. Really hot at night in bedrooms. The light in one of the bedrooms would turn on and off in the middle of the night. We had to unscrew the lightbulbs. The last night the fan in the same room would change speed without anyone touching it.

Great house! The management team was wonderful to deal with! We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and will definitely be back! We rented the pontoon boat from them as well. Everything was perfect!

From the first step into the home, we felt welcomed. As each of our family members walked in the house they felt the warmth. The home was exact as the photos showed. There was plenty of space for all of us. Sitting on the back porch was so peaceful and having my coffee early in the morning, loved it. While there we were able to create new memories. And Kellie was so responsive and attentive to us before, after, and during our stay. Our family wants to make this as part of our family plans yearly. Can’t wait until the next time.

We chose this property because of the 7 bedrooms. 3 are upstairs with one being a very large master with ensuite bathroom. The other 2 are on the other side with a bathroom in between them. The kitchen has a very large island which we used a lot. There was very little room, however, to store canned, boxed, or other types of non-refridgerated food. The downstairs is a mirror of upstairs with another master bedroom with an attached bathroom that also opens to the hall for access for the other bedrooms. That kitchen does have a pantry closet. outside is lovely but not enough outdoor furniture. We loved the dock for fishing and the fire pit for roaring fires every night. The large front porch and ping pong table was fun too! There were 15 of us and we had enough room but we did have to seat some at the large bar to all be together for the Thanksgiving meal as the table only seats 8 comfortably. Some went exploring in the little downtown area of Sparta but there is not much there! This is perfect as a true getaway!

We had a team binding event and the house was perfect! I have never stayed in a more equipped kitchen!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend

This is our second year staying at this property because it offers everything we need for a nice, short getaway. We appreciate the commitment to make sure all of the basics are provided, like coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. We brought some of these items with us, but it was nice to know they had us covered if we forgot something. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

My family enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean and it was spacious enough for all of us. It is equipped with everything you need. Good response from host when called for a minor incident that resolved itself. I would recommend to large groups.

We had a great time at this beautiful home right on the lake! We had family ages ranging from 90 years old to 14 months. Everyone had fun!! Thank you!!!
