Previously featured on HGTV's 'Island Life, ' this newly-updated, two-story townhouse is comfortable and well-suited for the vacationing family. Upgrades include new furnishings, a 53' flatscreen TV, ceiling fans (in the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms), and a small fenced yard. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio, then head out to experience the sights!

When it's chowtime, the well-equipped kitchen will have your back with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need to prepare everything that comes to mind. It doesn't matter if it's a full-course meal, a quick snack on the go, or a delicious breakfast, this kitchen will make cooking a breeze! Guests will also enjoy having a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning throughout the home.

There are tons of things to do right in this immediate area! Take the kids to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park for a day of thrills - it's just five blocks away. Or head down to the nearby beach and Boardwalk (about four blocks) for some fun on the ocean side of the island. Ocean City tram car stops at the North end of the Boardwalk and can whisk you down to the Inlet in a matter of minutes for a small fee. Hungry for some local cuisine There are dozens of delectable restaurants within walking distance, as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
