Sunset Cove- Lake Home, Dock, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, Game Room, Etc

Our visit here was great. The property manager was very responsive. The place was very clean and plenty of room to enjoy time together!!!

Property management of this house was fantastic to work with! Communication was easy, timely, & helpful. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for us 6 adults to stay in comfortably. We had a few issues w/remote batteries needing to be changed out, & the refrigerator consistently beeping due to air & water filters needing to be changed, but a quick text to the property mngr had these issues resolved in a timely manner. They even brought more paper towels & without interruption delivered! The only negatives I would add (that don’t affect my rating, but fyi), is that the kitchen left a little to be desired, as far as dish & cup availability. We made due with what was there, but typically you’d see more matching plates & cups, platters & serving bowls in a rental. It was fine, though! They were stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, laundry soap, shower & dish soaps, beach towels, but we brought our own ziplock baggies & extra dw tabs. Plenty of dish soap, but not enough dishwasher tabs for our stay. At checkout, we weren’t able to run the dishwasher for this reason, but in speaking with property mgmt about it, he was able to resolve it- no problem! We moved a couple of chairs from bedrooms out to kitchen table for us 6 to sit & have meals & play games. For a 4 BR house, I feel like they should have a bigger table & chairs/more seating, but again- we made due:) Rec: charcoal for grill & bug control. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. 5 stars! I stayed for a long weekend with some girlfriends and our kids. There were 10 of us and more than enough room. The access to the dock was perfect, we rented a boat one day and were able to pull right up and get everyone. The lake is lovely. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this house. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. The backyard is flat, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Our kids loved the firepit and hot tub. It was so convenient to come back from a lake day and know that the kids had plenty of room to play safely outside. The private dock is steps away from the backyard. We took our boat and had the best time. This house will be at the top of our list when we come back next year!

We had a great stay in Sunset Cove for our family of 6. The property is clean and the close distance to Twin Creeks Marina made renting boats a breeze and able to park them at the dock in the backyard. The communication from the host was outstanding. Thank you for helping us enjoy our vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay. We all loved your place. It was very accommodating and we loved the convenience of being in town.

This house was just perfect for our family, with lots of room, comfy big beds & 3 full baths! This is a lovely remodeled home in a very convenient location close to the Square at Winchester. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and also the outdoor area and hot tub. We didn’t have time to use the dock this year, but would recommend a pontoon boat rental! There are paddle boards and they have plenty of life jackets and beach towels. The lake was serene, a great place to stay.

This place was just what i needed in a getaway. And it was an excellent choice the location to the lake private dock and for relaxing a jacuzzi. I love this place and will be returning.

7 family members were in our party from 12 to 80 years old. We all enjoyed the stay.Very relaxing sitting down by the water.Nice drive to Lynchburg to do the JD tour.

Our family of 7 adults stayed the week and had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean and has great amenities as listed. Everything we needed was provided, even hand soap at each sink. Derrick checked to make sure everything was good when we got there, and communication was excellent. Checkout was also super easy.

The lake house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. It was very secluded and private, and the dock on the lake was a great spot to hang out and drop a line. Everything was very clean and well supplied, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
