Pool Heating Upgrade: The pool can be heated to 90°F / 32°C for $25/day. The first day is free as it takes time to reach temperature. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you’d like this option. Starting May 1st, pool heating will be turned off through the end of November due to warmer Florida temperatures. House Rules (Strictly Enforced) • No parties or events • No unregistered guests • Quiet hours after 9PM • No outdoor music after 9PM • No smoking ($500 fee) • No street or grass parking Fees may apply for: • Unapproved late check-out ($250/hour) • Clogged plumbing ($250 typical) • Smoking or significant damage ⏰ Early / Late Requests Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available depending on bookings. Message us the morning of arrival to check availability. Maintenance Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced weekly on Fridays. A skimmer is available if leaves or debris enter between cleanings. Lawn Maintenance: The lawn crew briefly services the property once every two weeks. To ensure efficient service, any non-urgent request requiring an on-site visit from a team member is available for a $50 service fee.
