This riverside retreat offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience, just a short 5-minute stroll from the vibrant Noosa River precinct along Gympie Terrace, where you'll find water sports, boating, fishing, and a wonderful selection of cafés and restaurants.



Step inside and feel instantly at home as the gentle river view draws your gaze, framed by a picturesque arched bridge in the distance. The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, all leading out to a tranquil alfresco space. Here, you can relax on the lower deck above the water, or gather for casual meals in the private courtyard, complete with an electric BBQ and outdoor dining setting. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.



SUNSEEKER features three inviting bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation. The downstairs Master King Suite includes a private ensuite and opens directly to the courtyard. Upstairs, two light-filled bedrooms with Queen beds offer peaceful views and share a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower.



To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the home includes an internal laundry with a washing machine, covered parking for one car, and additional street parking nearby.



Our properties are fully self-contained with thoughtfully stocked kitchens and laundries. Linen and bath towels are provided, and your beds will be made for your arrival. A starter pack of essentials—tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, and detergents—will be ready for your first night. Please bring your own beach towels. Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am.

    This property is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. It was lovely to sit and look out over the canal of a morning whilst enjoying breakfast! The property does need a really good deep clean and the doors out to the deck do need to be fixed. The constant battle trying to open and close sliding doors with no rollers was a pain!
