Sunriver Getaway w/ SHARC Waterpark Passes!

Every year our family gets together for an extended weekend to enjoy different locations. Sunriver never disappoints and this home was perfect. It is spacious enough that we could all be together without being on top of each other. It has a large selection of games ans puzzles thatbwe could enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots, pans & spices, however since you never know what might be available i would suggest bringing your own. It has an ample amount of pots pans & dishes. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The host, John was very helpful & accommodating. Very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend 25 Yellow Pine.

We really enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of parking. Not to mention all the space. The kids enjoyed the SHARC passes. Lots of core memories were created!

House is a great layout for the 11 of us. Just needs vacuuming behind doors and beds. The dried flowers all over are just dust collectors. I also wish the quilts on beds were duvet covers and getting washed each time. They are not which is hard for a clean person like me. A lot of the kitchen utensils were broken (can opener) or missing. It just needs a refresh. But overall, it was a good stay.

This is an amazing property! It’s a great place for family get togethers. Very well stocked kitchen. There are 10 bikes in the garage which our family made good use of. Property owner was amazing with almost instant response to requests and questions, thanks John!. We will be excited about the possibility of staying here in 2026.

Rental for three families A quiet location between circle 4 and 5. Lots of inside and outdoor space, We had a hot week and AC was appreciated and worked well. Well - equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the SHARC passes, the garage game table and the large TV in the living. Bikes were plentiful and different sizes, but only used 2 of them. Bring helmets if you plan to use them for your kids, as well as a pickleball if you play. Hot tub heated quickly and was enjoyed under the stars. Overall, the house was clean and available for on-time check in. A few things noticed at entry and throughout the week could be improved but did not affect the enjoyment of our stay (some bunk beds unmade upon arrival and bunk sheets did not fit properly. Cobwebs on vaulted kitchen ceiling. Found stuff under the couch and bunk dressers. Instructions were not provided to LOCK the front door, but we googled them. Could use a 30-55 gal trash bin in kitchen and some body wash /soap for the showers. We would stay again if we needed a house of this size. Lots to do in and around Sunriver

The house was great for what we needed. Clean and well taken care of. Check in was really easy. Plenty of amenities included and spacious enough for our group of 10. We enjoyed staying here and would book again.

Clean, large home with lots of room for our two families. Easy access to all that Sunriver offers. Kids loved the air hockey in the garage.

House was extremely comfortable for 10 of us with plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was good to prepare meals in. Parking on the driveway for 3 cars was easy. Hot tub great as were the Sharc passes.

This is wonderful, large home with plenty of room for our party of 5. You could easily host 10 people in this house. I would happily rent this again. Be aware that this is a split-level home so you will need to climb stairs up or down (after climbing the stairs to the front door). Wasn't an issue at all for us. My only complaint is that there was no coffee :( so make sure to bring your own, but other than that, everything was GREAT.

The house was very dirty

Perfect place for family. Hot tub was nice, the living room has plenty of space for everyone to hang out and watch TV. The bikes need to be maintained a little better, the brakes didn’t work on the one I had. But overall a perfect place to take your family.

Our family had a great vacation at this home! We had 3 kids under 4 with us, and the house was very child friendly and there was lots of room on the upper floor for them to play. We stayed while there was a wildfire very close to sunriver, so we had to stay indoors for a couple of days. It was very cozy and home-like. On the sunny days when the smoke cleared, we really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck. The kitchen had almost everything we needed- we definitely needed more paper towels than the 1 roll that was provided, but other than that we had what we needed. The hot tub was small but was clean and worked great. Overall, it was a great rental!

Wonderful experience! Great house. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels. We had a windferful family time!

The house worked good for our group of 12. Only downside would be there are only 10 shark passes. Also I would bring some of your own extra towels. We loved the big kitchen, overall it was great and I would rent again!

Enjoyed our first stay in Sunriver. Will definitely be back.

Overall, the cleanliness of the house was not great. Crumbs on floor and couch, Dirty coffee pot, Cobwebs and spiders, Mini blinds were dirty. Lower deck was filthy. Lack of amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner, Saran wrap, Tinfoil Etc. Very few towels in bathrooms, Only one kitchen towel for a whole week with as many people as this sleeps. Disappointing that only a few of the bikes were in a good enough condition to ride, quite a few needed some maintenance. Dishwasher needed some maintenance. Garage door needed some maintenance. A couple of the bathroom doors and cupboards doors didn’t stay closed or locked. Emailed the owner a couple times with no response. Sent him a text when the garage door was having issues the day before we left. He did respond right away and said he would try to get somebody out there. Also said the emails didn’t come through. It was nice that it slept so many, and enjoyed using the sharc passes. Maybe with some more maintenance and a better cleaning job it would be a better place to stay.

Great location. Bicycles need upgrading. They are very old. Comforters need cleaning. Other than that everything elase was good.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! Easy drive/bike/walk to the river, SHARC, the Village, etc. We also loved how being on the top deck felt like being in a treehouse - the main floor being above the road made it feel more private, quiet, and tranquil. Great main living space. The only downside, and this may seem silly, was the sheer lack of towels and washcloths. For being a home to sleep so many, we didn’t have enough bath/spa towels, or washcloths, but that is an easy fix. Otherwise, very pleased!!
