Sunriver Family-Friendly 3-Bedroom with Hot Tub is Near SHARC, Fort Rock Park!

Great stay overall. The house was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The outside was a great place to hang out with nice outdoor seating. The dining room only has 6 chairs, but there were extra stools around so we were able to have 10 of us sit together. The beds were all comfortable and two master bathrooms were great! The sofa sleeper was not very comfortable, maybe okay for smaller children, but only one adult. This house was wonderful to hang out at with many games, bikes, pool, and ping pong. The separation with the loft area with a bathroom was also great with a larger group. The service was also great. We had a very squeaky door that the maintenance team quickly came and fixed. Overall, wonderful experience and we’d stay again.

Perfect for us! This home handled an overnight group of 8 very comfortably, and hosted 15 well, due to the spacious back deck with plenty of outdoor furniture. Plenty of bathrooms make it good for vacations with extended family.Kitchen area functioned very well with a number of cooks in it, and is generally well equipped. However, most cookware is the old non-stick/ Teflon, not the newer ceramic coating. You may want to bring your own if this isn't updated with safer cookware. We manged to use the 2 stainless pieces for most of our cooking, but it was extra work. The large upstairs game room with enormous couch and pullout bed has a little fridge and sink, large bathroom and even a back entrance, making it an option for use as somewhat separated lodging. For an extended family gathering, it could be good for a young family or the college age cohort of a family. Management company was very responsive to our questions, and alerted us in advance to one tiny issue with an upper deck that was in process of repair. Kudos to them for doing great job! Overall, definitely recommended.

The home has several stuff that doesn’t work properly or are outdated. The game room which was our main reason we chose this home well, the pool table is literally falling apart. The bikes most of them were not rideable. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and the tables were not cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty there was what it looked like blood smeared on the side of the freezer very gross. The jacuzzi was not ready when we got there so we had to wait til next day to go in it. This home needs an update badly. I don't think we would ever choose this home in the future. The area is perfect though.

We had a great stay! Clean comfortable and well appointed. Grill in good working order. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to hang out but not feel crowded. Shuffleboard and ping pong were huge hits for everyone and helped bring together grandparents and grandkids. Took off one star because of the 7 available bikes only 5 were rideable and only two child size helmets were provided. We ended up having to rent some. Overall highly recommended. We would feel good about staying here again.

Very cozy and fun property! Garage is fun for all ages and the spaciousness of the house is very nice! The upstairs rec room and shower was amazing!

Great location near Fort Rock and Sharc!

Our group of 3 families thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The 6 kids loved all being together in the same room and playing on the bunk beds. There wasn’t any snow to be seen, so we ended up spending even more time at the house than expected, but fortunately there was plenty to keep us all entertained with all the board games, the foosball table, and the hot tub. We thought it would be tough to have just one communal bathroom (the other is in the master bedroom, along with a huge walk in closet), but it ended up being a smaller problem than anticipated. Would stay again.
