Stayed Nov 1, 2024We felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so accesible. The salt water heated pool and spa was a huge bonus and we were able to use it quite a bit. We would highly recommend for anyone staying in cape coral

Stayed Jul 1, 2024My husband and I had a wonderful time. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed visiting Captiva Island and the yummy restaurants. The pool was awesome and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you so much to our hosts Henry and Lynn they are awesome. Stayed Nov 18, 2023Me, my wife, MIL, and two kids (4 & 9) stayed here for a week. Great CLEAN property, in a low key quiet neighborhood. Publix is 2 miles up the road, and a great golf course (Cape Royal) 2.5 miles up the road. Only thing I'd point out was there were no dressers in any of the rooms, so you're pulling from your suitcase the whole trip (not a huge deal to us, but fair to point out). 30-40 minute drive to Fort Myers. The property owners were super responsive, and easy to deal with. Kids loved the pool light show every night. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Overall we enjoyed our stay in this home. There was a minor issue upon arrival but it was taken care of very quickly. The property manager and homeowners were quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the home was very nice to stay in.

Stayed Aug 27, 2023We rented this property for my daughters birthday Pros-The home is new in a nice neighborhood and the interior cleanliness was good with the exception of body hair on the bathroom floor. The private pool and spa were nice however the heating did not work on either. Cons-the outside garbage was over full over the top with flies and maggots on the garbage and driveway, the patio furniture had hair and insect nest on the cushions, there was garbage at the front entrance on arrival. Would not rebook this property.
