Sunrise Ski Haus: Stunning Mountain Views & Private Hot Tub!

Great location. Amazing views from everywhere in the house. Awesome kitchen with all the supplies we needed. The two car garage was an added bonus when the big snowstorm hit.

One of the best stays we’ve had. Host was available at all times, the location was perfect with amazing views, and the house accommodated our entire group for dinner, games and hanging out.

The two king bedrooms were very comfortable but not so much in the bunk room or other guest bedroom. It was very stuffy in the bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathroom shower in the upstairs bedroom had poor water pressure but I loved the tub!

Great location, great views and loved the hot tub.

The house is clean and well appointed with plenty of room. We didn't cook anything other than breakfast but the kitchen seemed well equipped. For skiing, the location was an easy walk to the bus stop which was a quick ride to the Peak 8 base. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

This house had a spacious and open feel, with excellent views overlooking Breck. Layout was great for our family and the house is a very short ride to Shock Hill Gondola and Peak 8 Base. Would stay here again!

Perfect home!

We had 3 families in this house and had plenty of room! Fully stocked kitchen to cook, heated floors and close to shuttle. Love this place and will return!

The view of the city from the main floor living and dining area was absolutely beautiful. Especially at night with the city's christmas lights on. Being able to sit by the fire pit with this view was a bonus. The main floor fireplace was not working but the fireplace in the lower floor family room worked just fine. This home is on the first row of houses up from the city and is loterally 2-3 minutes from main street. Road to get there was easily navigated, no crazy turns or inclines/declines.

The house is beautifully designed, with well thought out common areas both inside and out. We appreciated how clean everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was. Each of our kids cooked one night, and they found everything they needed. We hiked most mornings, visited local towns in the afternoon and spent evenings at the house. While there, we played games at the large dining table, soaked in the hot tub and made s'mores on the gas fire pit. We were able to walk into town and we caught the gold line shuttle just around the corner from the house. It was also easy to walk to the mid mountain gondola stop. The management company was very responsive and came almost immediately to fix a minor issue with the grill. This was one of the nicest homes we've rented and we would love to return one day. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)
