Stayed Jul 24, 2025Needed a place for a group of clients for a last minute fishing trip. Reservation request was approved within a couple minutes and very clear instructions for entry. Extremely clean and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better setupfor outdoor grilling and hanging out at night before a great sleep for an early morning fishing trip.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022This property was perfect for our group of 7 (2 couples and 3 grown men). There was plenty of space to hang out as well as to sleep. Property was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Stayed Jan 5, 2022We have stayed at a few of the larger lodges for corporate events and this one is one of the best in Matagorda. Ice machine and palapa hut were great amenities.

Stayed Mar 26, 2021We really enjoyed our stay here! Property owner communicated with us and answered all my questions before our stay. Everything was great! Definitely recommend this place for a stay! So many utensils and cooking supplies too!!
