It is a great property in a great neighborhood! The house is very nice and family friendly. The neighborhood is quiet. Our favorite part of the house was the two decks. One out front and a covered one outback. The yard is huge and was great for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint we have is the screen door on the master bedroom needs to be replaced it was difficult to open and close. And it would be great if the slider going out from the kitchen had a screen door on it too.
First time in Pinetop. Good location/neighborhood. Some nice improvements in home but very dark wall colors and not much light. Felt closed in. Needs better lighting. Furniture quite worn and leather cracked. Master walk-in closet half finished. Master shower door didn't latch. Shower so small could hardly turn around. No hooks in bathrooms to hang night wear. Back decking & stairs in tough shape. Loose bricks at bottom and unsafe! Nice big backyard for dogs. Kitchen lacking essential items like kitchen shears, colander, basic cheese grater. Could use more glassware in lieu of plastic glasses. Nice granite countertops in kitchen. Nice flooring throughout and carpet in good shape. Comfy beds.
Stayed at property 3x times this year. As advertised. Clean, great location, nice neighborhood. No issues that matter.
This is our second stay at this property. Everything is as advertised with no problems or issues. Very enjoyable each time.
When visiting Pinetop-Lakeside we travel with our dogs and need a fenced yard; this property met and exceeded our expectations. The yard is HUGE with strong fencing, no holes or concerns, fun for the dogs to roam & explore, and when done they can relax on the covered deck/back patio. The house was extremely clean with plenty basic supplies (i.e. kitchen and bathroom necessities) to make our visit easy. There was a ton of cabinet space to store dry goods, a washer and dryer available to use as well as access to the garage to store our kayak for us not to worry about it outside when we weren't there. Both my husband & I work remotely and had zero wifi issues when we were both connected online at the same time. Upon arrival I had a couple of questions and reached out to the property manager who followed up immediately, literally w/in minutes. This was a fantastic and fun home to stay at and will be our go to place from now on.
This was a great place to stay for a week. Reliable fast Wi-Fi. The forest is lush, filled with birds and squirrels, the latter of which really interested our dog! We brought a hummingbird feeder to hang in the porch and after a couple days we got regular visitors. The back porch and front patio are both relaxing places to soak up the mountain air. Plenty of activities available in the back yard, as well as a very nice propane grill. Inside, all appliances worked and the furtinute was comfortable. The decor is very classy and modern, as opposed to the gaudier “cabin”-style homes with fake log walls, wrought iron everything, and LiveLaughLove signs on every wall. The TV in the living room is impressive. There is a lot of space in the house, with a wide open dining area. Loved the chalk board wall. The furniture is all sturdy and tasteful. There is some theming to the rooms that are well thought out. There was a lot of thought out into the children’s room, my child (8) really enjoyed the decor. It is typically a little cooler at the house than weather reports, and was often breezy. The fire pit was nice. Little things like reusable K-cups and shower soap/shampoo dispenser were appreciated. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk in, and a short drive to the centers of town (either Showlow or Pinetop Lakeside). (Minor notes: poor water pressure in master bath shower and loud pipes in guest sink. Sliding screen door jams up a bit.) Would absolutely stay here again, we had a great time.
Home has a modern update. Kitchen and living room were wonderful and we loved the big backyard with the covered deck.
Nice place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our dog especially loved the very large backyard. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely return. Highly recommended!
Property as described with many perks. Clean & excellent location. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Pinetop's local restaurants & amenities. The only issue we found was the guest bathroom is dimly lit and the shower/bath combo is difficult to get in & out. The bath is very deep & quite slippery. Particularly tough for seniors. The bathroom description is accurate showing the colored lighting, but we found it too not to be very practical. It's not a deal breaker and the bathroom is usable if you’re careful. Everything else about the property is excellent. In fact, we are returning for two more stays this summer.
We enjoyed our stay at this great home! It was so comfortable for me, my husband, our teenage son and my parents! Great decor and we loved the back patio/deck for coffee in the morning. Thanks for the great communication and ease of check in!
Great stay with family and huge backyard for dog in so could enjoy herself. Stayed extra night and Host responded quickly. Thanks again !!
Host was amazing! The house was awesome, our family really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
Very nice. Beds comfortable, towels fluffy, internet good. Kitchen had all the supplies. Front and back deck were spacious. Quiet location on cul-de-sac. Lusia, the hosting manager was very helpful. Couple things would add to the property: 1,vertical blinds or drape on front window; 2, ice maker or ice cube trays would be nice. Overall, good property to relax in.
We loved our recent stay at this property. The house was immaculate and in pristine condition. The home has been updated and has plenty of storage place in the kitchen and in each of the three bedrooms. The backyard is huge and our dog and grandkids ( who were staying with their parents at another home) loved running around in it. Our 8 year old grandson said, “It’s the perfect yard for playing tag!” It was extremely easy to check in and the property manager got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. The grill worked great when we used it to cook steaks. And we loved having a place where we could bring our dog with us. Only suggestions would be to supply steak knives, provide info on how to adjust the Nest thermostat, and provide a larger microwave, as the one there was quite small and made cooking our frozen veggies a challenge. Also, it should be noted that we could not access the garage. Not a big deal for us, but others may want to use it for their vehicle or their pet. Given that our pet has some digestive issues, we chose to have him sleep on the covered deck out back, rather than chance an accident inside. All in all, this property worked out perfectly for us and we will not hesitate to stay here again should we return to the area.
