Stayed Mar 10, 2026Excellent location within Bella Vista. Place was as described. Beautiful views from the home. My wife and I enjoyed the kayaks on Lake Ann. Place was quiet and peaceful. Owner Dan was very easy to talk with and helpful with area attraction ideas for enjoyment. Would visit again!

Stayed May 21, 2025This property was one of the top places we've ever stayed at. Beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well stocked. We enjoyed kayaking the lake every evening. The host was thoughtful and quick to respond. We hope to come back again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2023What an enjoyable weekend! This unit is perfect. Very clean and well stocked. It is an easy drive into Bentonville, but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The lake is peaceful and the name Sunrise is fitting. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding each morning. Dan is a great host and steered us to some fabulous restaurants. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022This is a beautiful property & the view is stunning. If you are older like us, you might want to know that the driveway & walk to the water is very steep. The parking is tedious as well, but you will love this property other than that. The only thing that I can recommend is for the owner to put a tv in the bedroom. But we will definitely go back.
