Stayed Oct 3, 2025We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was supply-wise and comfort-wise. The host provided some fun themed food and drink items, since we were there during Octoberfest weekend. The street is quiet and a short drive from groceries and Main Street.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We hosted our son and his friends as they prepare to graduate from college. This house was perfect in every way- from reserving and check-in to a wonderful stay in a great house aspens then check-out. This place was awesome! The guys loved the house, the fire pit, and the location. Thank you for serving as home base for a memorable graduation vacation! We look forward to staying here with friends in the future.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024I love the property. Its very clean and cute. The space is amazing. The backyard is amazing to sit out under the stars. The only bad things was there are no curtains or blinds up on the windows in the living room and kitchen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sunnyside house was a perfect place for our celebrations. We had family and friends join us and the we all enjoyed gathering at this amazing place. The fire pit was an extra touch for our grandson. Our family enjoyed the accommodations and the wine tour!! We are planning to return in the fall!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you plan on taking a trip to Fredricksburg, YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! The most cute and comfortable house, so close to Main Street and enough room for the whole family! There is a cute fireplace right outside so make sure to bring your s'mores stuff!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed here during Octoberfest/for a Bachelorette party and it was the perfect location, less than a 5min drive to Main Street. I enjoyed all the fall decorations, especially the 20 plus pumpkins on the front porch? There was an awesome fire pit that was available, so we did s'mores one night and enjoyed the night sky that showed all the beautiful stars⭐️ There was a lot of space in the house, plenty of room for all 8 of us! I would definitely stay here again!
