Sunny Villa by the Sea

Amazing view, and great neighborhood! The hosts were great and we had a great time!

We needed a place nearby as we are having fumigation done on our house. We looked at the listing and unlike some others it was exactly as displayed. Communication was easy and a great location close by beach in downtown. The only thing to watch out for is narrow very steep, curving driveway. Unless you have a smaller car or a good backing down, steep driveways, best park in the street. That also makes for a nice evening view of the lights, though, gotta take the good with the bad.

Pleasant and comfortable base for exploring San Clemente. Especially enjoyed front patio (and wine provided). Generously equipped kitchen.

It was a lot further walk than we anticipated to the beach that was disappointing. We thought we were closer to the beach than we were but all in all had a good time.

Our stay was perfect. Wedding weekend for our daughter and we were able to check in earlier on arrival date, wich was very helpful since we had one of many pre-wedding events. We were able to have hair and make-up come in on wedding day and there was plenty of room for all of us ladies. Grateful for that. Location was perfect for us. We know the area well. We were able to walk to many favorite places. Kitchen very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We have friends who are already trying to find dates to book this gem of a home. Thank to our incredible hosts for helping us navigate through our very special weekend! We would highly recommend!

Tahnee and Wes were great and very attentive and cordial people. They were always around to make sure if things were going smooyhly. Didnt men around just sending a message to see if we neededanything and to make sure are stay was goung well. Thanks you two, Michael

The property was just as described neat, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. 2 tvs a plus since I need one to fall asleep. We traveled with our 2 little dogs. Thank you

Had a blast in San Clemente! Unit is very nicely decorated and you can tell there was a personal touch. The place was comfortable and we loved the front patio. The kitchen was spacious! Comfy couch to watch tv and movies. Parking spot in the driveway a huge plus. Touches of a complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn were appreciated. Everything seemed updated. Safe neighborhood and quiet. Steep and narrow driveway it is tight with a full size SUV or truck. Beautiful hills in the neighborhood for walks. Nice park around the corner. Walk to the beach down some hills would be tough for a family but we ended up driving over to city beach by the pier and enjoyed it. We loved staying here and would definitely return. Hosts were very communicative and available if we needed anything.

It was a perfect location and a beautiful beachy place exactly as described. Communication was great with the owners. Exactly what we needed for a nice weekend away!

This place was wonderful all except for the neighbor to be a little weird at times but overall a great stay relaxing

We had a lovely 2 night stay over Xmas with my husband, 2 grown sons and dog. The unit was comfortable, clean and cute! We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach walking path.

This was a perfect place for us! So cute and just a short walk to the gorgeous Pacific Ocean!

Lovely, quiet, pretty spot in nice neighborhood, walkable to everything

This property is everything it’s advertised to be, with no drawbacks. The interior is very clean and up-to-date. The furniture and beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and all set for anything you might like to prepare. We found this place to be quiet and peaceful. Being there in the summer on the palisades made for very nice dining on the shaded front deck. A walk to the beach is only fifteen minutes. There is one parking space for this unit, close enough to the front door that carrying things in is no struggle. The host family left a clear and friendly book of tips and guidelines that made us feel right at home. This is a great place to stay. We would love to stay here again!
