The home is absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed, a beautiful living room, high end kitchen and a great location.

Everything you need here for a family of 5. Exceptional amenities and very comfortable living spaces.

House is spotless! We really appreciate how well stocked it was, quality of bedding. The Christmas decorations were a real treat. Tasteful and warm. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dog. Quiet place too. 3 block walk to Main Street for restaurants.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful home. I stayed for the Leadville 100 and it was perfect — plenty of space to prep gear and food, within walking distance of downtown, amazing yard and space to relax outside and watch the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were extremely gracious and communicated well. Thank you so much for hosting me! I would book this charming home again in a heartbeat. It’s really a Leadville gem :)

The property is exactly as described. It is very convenient to downtown Leadville and restaurants and shopping. The kitchen has everything you need and the house is very spacious. The sitting room in front of the house was our favorite to sit and read. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our two family getaway! It was well equipped with food staples & spices. Easy to maintain at desired temperature in each space. Super close the the main drag and definitely easy walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay there again with the same group. Thanks for maintaining such a great spot to stay!

Our daughter lives in Leadville and works at Copper Mountain. She invited us up for Christmas and this house was perfect for our holiday. We had fun skiing at Copper Mountain during the day and relaxing in the evening!!

This lovely Victorian has many positive attributes. It is spacious, well-furnished, with a bright kitchen and living room. The kitchen was also well-stocked with all of the cooking equipment one might need. We loved the fact that the house was within walking distance of Leadville's main street. The property managers/owners where always quick to respond to any inquiries that we made after booking. It was the perfect place for our family gathering.

Overall great house, location to walk to town, and all the kitchen and household items one might need. Would book again!
