This three bedroom holiday home is only a short stroll to Cowes township, restaurants, shops and beach. The main living is upstairs and is open plan living the kitchen and dining and doors leading out to a great deck. The lounge has comfortable sofas TV and DVD player there is gas heating and ceiling fans.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave. The three bedrooms are all upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The deck has an outdoor setting, a perfect spot for Summer BBQ's. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Downstairs is a second living area / games room with TV and table tennis table. This is a lovely family home, sunny and clean with a fully fenced back garden and plenty of room in the driveway to park a boat. The gas BBQ is located in the shed in the back yard.

    Excellent location , good clean accommodation close to town. Our only hiccup was the managing agent stated there was no linen, we arranged linen to be delivered at a cost of 205 only to arrive and find the property included linen. Presently negotiating with managing agent for a refund of the cost of linen delivered but not required.

    Lots of room in the property, great location within walking distance to restaurants and Cowes Beach and owners also provided great explanation regarding bins and collection days, however, that is were the fun stopped. House was dusty, beds hard, there was no cleaning products for toilets, showers and kitchen benches (luckily I had bought some of my own ), the owners asked that no drinks be put in the fridge, they did however provide a tub and suggested we buy ice from the servo to keep them cold and the lighting was terrible, esp. over the dining room table. 2 great decks at the house, unfortunately we could not use the BBQ on either of them as instructed by notes from the owner.

    Enjoyed the stay and location. It is very quiet yet close to everything. I would have given it a higher rating if not for the security deposit refund process. Although we got the refund, it took a few weeks for it to happen. However the communication from the agent about it is quite satisfactory.

    We stayed with our 4 kids. It was clean, we had heaps of room, the location is great and the facilities are great.
