Sunny Serenity - Golf Cart and Bikes Included - Private Pool

Sunny was receptive and Corbin saved our pool day by clean out a dead bird and replacing a work faucet in one day.

Steps to beach home * We had an incredible stay at this vacation home with our large family. The house was very spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The management service was prompt and attentive, addressing any needs we had quickly. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for daily outings. The house was amazing. The location is perfect with beach access just steps from the door of the house. The pool and hot tub were incredible The golf cart and bikes provided transportation without having to get out in the car. And the location was so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. And the putting green on the lawn was an extra bonus. The owners were extremely prompt in responding to our requests. Overall probably the best accommodations we have ever had for our very large extended family(15 people) which included teens, tweens and toddlers, and seniors. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Our family LOVED staying here. The location can’t be beat…steps from the beach, a couple blocks from the outlet mall, grocery store (Winn Dixie) and Starbucks. Surf Hut restaurant is a short walk via the beach. We paid to heat the pool which was 100 percent worth it for a late Nov stay. Kids loved the pool table and arcade games. We also made good use of the golf cart that was included. Everything you could want was in the kitchen including a crockpot and dedicated ice machine! Two fridges were nice too! Grandma found that the beds were all too high in the master suites for her to feel safe getting in and out. She opted to stay in the bunk bed room. While all of the furniture was very nice, I would suggest a dining table for 8 is on the small side for a house that sleeps 20. Also would suggest adding at least 1 chair to the master bedrooms. My room had a fireplace console instead of a dresser to put my clothes. None of the master suites had a desk and chair so I would not consider this property if I planned to do any remote work. The host for this property was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. My family would 100 percent stay here again and would have happily moved in to make this piece of paradise their forever home!
