Sunny Seclusion in Wellfleet

We had a great time here, just as advertised, beautiful location and great amenities.

The home was spacious with bright, natural light, but isolated from the neighbors, with easy access to both the bay, ocean side nand ponds, as well as an eclectic range of eating spots. Wellfleet center is a quick ride, where the market opens at 7 am, so parking is very easy. Loved the peacefulness of the deck and the abundance of stars. Small frustration: The owners wanted us out by 9 am , rather than the VRBO contract which stated 10:00. With an 11 month-old, this made a leaving Saturaday morning somewhat hectic. But again: phenomenal place.

The house was in great location on a nice quiet street, close to town and the beaches. It was very clean and spacious. Overall my family and I had a great stay.

Comfortable, clean, open, large cape in a lovely neighborhood. Surrounded by forest with access to walking trails. Great location for town, beach, ponds. Really exceeded all expectations.

The house was clean and centrally located.

This was a beautiful, secluded property with a spacious house. It was immaculate and so open with so much natural light. The deck opened up to what seemed like secluded woods, and it was so peaceful to just listen to the birds while drinking coffee. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of living space. The property was close to all that was good, including great bakeries, restaurants, and so many sunrises and sunsets. Margie was fantastic and quickly responded when we needed her. We will certainly be back and hope to stay here!

Very comfortable home. Open, spacious living space, great kitchen, comfy beds. Close to ocean beaches, bay beaches, ponds and downtown. Quiet street with lots of privacy.

This lovely home is in a very quiet, peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. It was perfect for our little one - slept through the night, every night! The open plan and way the home fills with natural light added so much to our relaxing week away. The back patio is so peaceful and although I thought it might be buggy, it wasn’t at all. The proximity to the ponds and beaches were also a plus. Mayo beach was definitely a little gem we had passed many times before on previous trips to the Cape, but since it was so easy to get to and perfect for a little one - it became our go-to! We had a couple things come up during our stay, but Margie gives a whole ‘nother meaning to ‘premier host’. Her responsiveness, care, good nature and help made it so we could quickly continue enjoying our week away with nana and papa. We made some wonderful memories that will never be forgotten. When is it time to go back to Wellfleet? We are ready!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. A big selling point - the quality of the kitchen gadgets, especially appreciated by the cook in our group.
