Stayed Jul 30, 2025Privacy for the entire family with 2 kids, we even had beach chair, cooler, high chair and playpen to use, big washer and dryer, tons of towels, good AC, would recommend for a Sarasota/Siesta beach vacation with the family, the only thing I missed from home was a sink garbage disposal, but everything else is exactly as shown in the pictures

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Nice property. In central location with lots to do. About 10 mins. to the beach and downtown. Adequately provisioned. Would stay again as Sarasota is a fabulous town.Could use a lick of paint here and there and the grounds need attention which would enhance the quality of the outside stay. Generally I was happy with my choice.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023Exactly as described. Incredibly close to anything you would want to do. Really nice property. Only con is the beds are a little thin feeling. Not the most comfortable but thats all i could ever see changing here. Overall is a must for any vacation!
