Sunny Home in the Heart of Fayetteville

Wonderful spot to stay for our group. Had 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Nice kitchen and living room. Wish we could of stayed longer. It was extremely cozy! Was walking distance to downtown area and the entrance to a bunch of trails.

Location is close to town and near ACE resorts

Great location for all local activities. A little limited on parking, but wasn’t an issue as we only had two vehicles. Easy check in, perfect home base.

The house is old and in a poor neighborhood. The facility was clean, well equipped and the internet worked well but the living room furniture was mismatched and could have been more comfortable. There was too many of the owners personal belongings visible for our taste. There is a low quality TV that has a dead vertical pixel line that was noticeable in the center screen. The house is close to the New River Gorge National Park which is worth seeing.

We overnight briefly, BUT, everything was as advertised. Host was great

This property is super cute and is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown restaurants and businesses. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

We enjoyed the space and location for hiking and dining downtown.

A comfortable house with a very great location. Neighborhood was quiet and didn't have any traffic around. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice trip—Super close to New River Gorge Bridge. Had a small issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately. Great host

The home was neat and clean and well organized though initially a little difficult to find coming in from 19, We wish there had been some legible instructions on use of internet; password was partially erased on the whiteboard attached to frig and the password the host provided by phone did not connect us. We eventually came up with our own method through our phones.

The property was perfect for me, my wife, and my son and his small children. Within walking distance to downtown and the parks.

My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 12-17) spent a very nice long weekend in this home. It is decorated in a nice rustic/farmhouse theme, very clean and well stocked. Nice kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. The house is as described -- very sunny and bright. The best part is the fantastic location. We have visited Fayetteville before and have previously stayed minutes away, on the other side of 19. This neighborhood is walkable to businesses/downtown and much more family/friendly. I have high school aged children who are distance runners -- they ran in the early morning on the surrounding streets, easily accessing Fayetteville Town Park (1/3 mile) which has many paths and trails. We would stay at this home again when we return to Fayetteville.

This home is a great place—situated super close to Adventures on the Gorge and downtown.

Charming, clean, and convenient. Owners were easy to work with.
