Sunny Florida Home w/ Decks & View, Steps to Beach

The location was great. We were close to the beach, saw many motorcycles passing during bike week, saw rocket in sky from balcony, and loved the views. We loved having a nice washer and dryer. We enjoyed with friends hanging out in kitchen cooking fish dinner we caught in the ocean. We loved the skylights in the bedrooms upstairs. We had televisions in two be dry and larger one in living room. The pool and hot tub were fun.

We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a pretty good experience, though there were a few things worth mentioning.Let’s start with the positives, the location and view were absolutely incredible! The house sits in a prime spot, offering stunning ocean views that are hard to beat. Waking up you're enjoying a sunrise, it's a treat to wake up and see the beach right in front of you.The air conditioning was another highlight. With the summer heat in full swing, the AC kept the house nice and cool, which was a relief since we were in a heat wave. Definitely a big plus for staying comfortable inside.However, one thing to note is the dunes. They’re steep! If you have any mobility issues or aren’t in the best shape, getting up and over the dunes to reach the beach could be a challenge. It's doable, but it might be tough for some, especially if you’re carrying beach gear or have young kids. Overall, it was a solid stay with a great location and stunning views, but the dune situation could be a deal-breaker for some. If you’re up for a little physical challenge, though, the rest of the experience makes it worth it.

My family enjoyed our stay Sunny Florida Home w/ Decks & View, Steps to Beach. The home owner was always prompt in answering any questions prior to and during our stay. Absolutely loved the beach views, walks on the beach, fully stocked kitchen, and the whole family had lots of fun in the private pool. Would consider this property for future stays in the area. This is a beautiful house, right on a basically private beach, with a lovely pool and hot tub! The house had everything we needed and the host was great! Would love to be able to go back some day!

Where do you even start when you’ve had a trip like ours?? The home was everything we needed, and MORE. We are so used to having to bring every little thing on our trips, but this home was equipped with everything we needed, from beach towels, to boogie boards, to a fully loaded kitchen, tons of linens, towels, and extra blankets! The pool was gorgeous and perfect for those late night swims and when the little had enough of the sand! This home is so spacious giving each family their “own” space! Loretta was an AMAZING host, addressing any concerns we had and quickly fixing them!! We can’t wait to come back again and spend another week in paradise!

The location is perfect. We were able to enjoy the beach (basically to ourselves) all morning and early afternoon, and the private pool the remainder of the day. We found several great food options within walking distance or a short drive. After the kids went to bed, the adults relaxed on the large balcony.

My mom and I spent a week at this beach house and it was wonderful! The best part, by far, is the incredible view. You can see the ocean from the living room and both main bedrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay! Everything you need is right there! Great location, great views, great amenities...10/10 would highly recommend!
