The kitchen was well equipped to cook. The hot tub was hot enough. The host communicated frequently.

House was beautiful! I didn't understand how the door lock worked, but the host answered immediately and walked me through it. We were thrilled to stay there and enjoyed the property, and the host was very good!

We needed a place that was close by to family in riverside and found this home ! Last minute booking too and it was beautiful and clean.

The house is nice, easy to access, and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house includes board games and plenty of dishes and towels in good condition. We were disappointed by the amenities, which were the main attraction for us in booking this rental. The beautiful pool is not usable in winter months because it is not heated; when asked, the owner offered to heat it for an extra fee and at least 24 hour lead time. The ping pong and foosball tables are in an unheated garage, too chilly to spend much time in, and we could not turn on the garage lights because the pull chain was too high for a 5’4” person to reach. The laundry is also in the garage. The living room lacks adequate seating for a group wanting to spend time together. The owner threatened a “fine for negligence” when we didn’t understand how to use the hot tub, adding a lot of stress to our weekend. While the rental was generally adequate and well kept, the amenities were a real let down and not at all what we thought we were paying for.

As advertised, clean, spacious, and clear, simple, easy instructions for check-in/out. Even with the inclement weather, we were able to enjoy the outside space as much as the interior of the home. Everyone had space to spread out and relax in their own way. One of my best stays with VRBO. Thank you, Miguel!

The house had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful little place. Everything was outlined and clear. Clean. Loved the hot tub. If I need to come to Riverside again, I would 100% stay here.

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience. Miguel made check in easy and the home was very welcoming and clean. The first thing that caught my attention was Welcome book as soon as you enter. It contained details of the house and neighborhood also how to work some on the electronics. I would definitely stay again.

This property was clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 5 with other family visiting for a couple of days. The pool was awesome and having the bathroom out there was really convenient. Comfy beds and good location for getting to where we needed to be.

Miguel was responsive to all of our questions and minor issues during the stay. Pool was fantastic. Kitchen is well supplied.

The interior of the house and the pool are really the best aspects of this property. There was a broken light switch in one of the bathrooms, and the neighborhood is not the nicest neighborhood, so that is something to consider when booking this property in the future. Also, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because of the rooster next-door, and also the air conditioning unit makes a lot of noise during the night turning on and off. we were in the area due to needing a central location for a softball tournament and also visiting college campuses. In general, the host was responsive to messages.

Beautiful home easy access to everything in the house and out. Pool is very clean and outside bathroom is a plus. Kitchen and bathroom with appropriate supplies was great and convenience to find things as well. 10/10 experience
