Sunny Escape- Private Pool, Hot Tub, Pet-Friendly & Sleeps 6-8

Unexpected amenity was a wide selection of antique books. Very much enjoyed reading 100 year old books in Florida weather in January.

The house was super nice, there were just minor things, the couch was stained. The white comforter was stained. There wasn’t a pillow case on one of the pillows in the master bedroom. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it. Also the bathroom door in the master bedroom didn’t work.it was a slide out door and it seemed to be off track.

Nice property, 7 out of 10. Cons: the front door is all glass and there is an adjacent window thats also glass and there are not any blinds. Makes for an awkward and uncomfortable situation where anyone driving or walking by, especially at night, can see straight into the house all the way to the back of the house. The floors were needing to be swept. The coffee pot had a used coffee filter with old coffee and mold in it. There were no directions on how to use/turn on the hot tub. The planes flying overhead were not overbearing but did get a little irritatingfirst thing in the morning. All in all decent property but cost is a little high for value.

We really enjoyed this house. The space was wonderful, kitchen was gorgeous and had just about everything you would need. Bathrooms were great. Pool area was beatiful. It was in close proximity to so many beaches too! The only thing I would note is the decor is a lot of bookshelves, some with extremely old books and glass items everywhere with a tile floor. It made me nervous with kids that they could knock something over or mess something up. Thankfully that wasnt the case. The cleanliness was a shake of the hand. I really loved the outdoor furniture and saw us hanging out there in my mind but once we got there the cushions had stains and dog hair all over them both sides, so we didnt end up doing that. My advice would be to maybe buy washable covers for them. There was a toenail in the shower upon arrival. But those were the only things that were worth noting. The place was in a great location and peaceful and beautiful. Theres a tree across the street that is a beautiful sight too we were in awe of it.

Conveniently located near the airport and major roads Home is very clean, and kitchen has everything you could possibly need Would highly recommend

The house and pool area were perfect for a quick vacation. We spent all day every day outside. Location was easy to get to restaurants and beaches. Super close to the airport. Air traffic noise was pretty constant during the day but it didn’t bother us. Rental company was very responsive when we had to call with an internet issue and everything was taken care of over the phone. We would definitely return!

Loved staying here, spacious house, nice bathrooms, loved the lanai! I could i have stayed here another week! Family enjoyed the stay!

An older person moved from the house and one week later the children made it a rental. That appeared to b the backstory. Everything was old and dated…dishes, cups, newspaper clippings, kickbacks, lamps. Old personal items in drawer and in closets. A handicapped tub made for a toddler. “Lush” green space that was sectioned off with crime scene tape! Description of home and grounds need major update . Front porch is 2 old wicker chairs and a very old wooden table. The pool and hot top were very enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay. The neighborhood is nice. The home is cozy and well kept. It is very close to the Sarasota airport which means you do have planes flying overhead at various times of day. This did not bother us but if your someone who wants complete quit that is something to consider. It was also a great place for our dog as you had a nice fenced yard area in the back. The best thing was the screened in lanai area. Very spacious with the pool and spa that allows you to enjoy the outside without getting eaten up by FL mosquitos.

Very nice and comfortable home, but took a little while to get used to the airplanes. Only disappointment was the spa did not get warm. Great location for touristing around Sarasota area!

My husband, 6 year old son and I stayed here for 4 days. The pool was the biggest draw for us as my son loves to swim. We spent all day everyday in the pool and it was perfect. The house was more than what we needed for the 3 of us but it was nice to have the space to spread out and do our own things when we wanted to. The neighborhood was nice. One of the neighbors even came over to warn us about the hurricane set to arrive in a couple days. The main road, however, is not the nicest area. Luckily, you’re only about 10-15 minutes away from the Sarasota area. I would not let that stop me from staying here again.

This was a wonderful 2 week stay and house was perfect for 4 adults. We loved it! Close to the bay and beaches but safely houses during storm away from floods! Agency was excellent to respond to all our needs. We would love to stay here again!!

Good location, close to SRQ, kitchen was beautiful. Lots of seating, cooler and beach chairs a plus. Relaxing stay. Everything we needed for a vacation!! Outdoor Patio cushions had dog hair, and dirty. Food crumbs and cereal in pull out couch. Outdoor pool lights on at all times and rusted into plug? Couldnt unplug. No battery in smoke detector A little outdated but it was still very nice . Would definitely go back!! Communication was good.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we could want. It was clean and comfortable. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 toddler. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and so were the linens. The Kitchen had everything needed and more. There was also beach items for use. The pool was nice and since we were there in the summer, we didnt need to pay to have it heated. The hot tub was not heated since it is connected to the pool, but our toddler loved that he could swim in there and touch the floor of the sitting area. If you rent outside of summer, your would most likely want it heated. (And it would be worth it) The 3rd bedroom was nice for the teens to be a bit on their own since that room is only accessible from going out to the patio. My concern about that is the lock on that door is also just a bathroom door type lock that can be opened with a paperclip. Adding a different lock on that door would help with safety concerns. We really enjoyed this house. We had good communication and one small issue we had was responded to immediately and then followed up with promptly. This was appreciated. We would stay here again.

This location was conveniently located to all of the sites and attractions that we wanted to visit. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The home offered the most comfortable beds. Home offers tons of space so you don't feel on top of each other. The outdoor seating was very comfortable and roomie. The communication with the management property was easy and very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommended staying here during your visit to Sarasota.

It's a beautiful property. The lanai and pool were perfect. Beds and extra linens, no issues. Easy communication. Will definitely stay there again! Whole family loved it!!
