Stayed Sep 3, 2025Beautiful property and great amenities.Complicated check-in process, with emails, forms to sign, etc.Add didn't specify that all rooms are on 2nd floor. Unfortunately, not a good choice for elderly due to steep stairs. The youngest person staying there was 72.One of our relatives accidentally locked bottom handle manual door lock and they were stuck outside waiting for 3 hrs to get no fix, because the after hour call center is in the Phillipines. We gave ideas, but their lockbox code was wrong and garage door code didn't work.Eventually, and luckily, the garage door was easy to roll up because it was not secured to the rail, and we were able to get them inside.Otherwise, their call center had no resolution.
