This bright new detached two story home is tastefully decorated and has plenty of space offering 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. An open concept living, dining and kitchen area promotes family gathering and dining opportunities. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day at the beach or an evening walking along the waterfront. The large Master bedroom has it's own spa like bathroom and walk in closet. This home is in a new subdivision and is walking distance to the beach and the main townroad of restaurants and amenities. Enjoy your Crystal Beach vacation with less than a 10 minute walk to the Bay Beach entrance and a 3 minute walk from Crystal Beach Waterfront Park.

This 1800 square foot house offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, Bell Fibe television and a propane BBQ. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests as well as providing a separate office space for travelling workers.

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, make this a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!

Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off season.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area seasonally (May - October)
- The propane BBQ is available for your use seasonally and runs on natural gas. Please make sure to clean the grills before departure.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

    This was our first time using VRBO and it was great. The host was really responsive, the place was exactly as listed, the unit was clean. We had such a wonderful time in Crystal beach thanks to this great rental.

    We had a great time just enjoying the area near by. We went to safari niagara with the kids one day. Went to the beach every day. There are a lot of nice places near by, if your booking in advance Rizzos house of parm is worth making a reso for. The house was full of everything we needed. We felt fully accommodated and the host was great.

    We came for the sole purpose of visiting Niagara Falls. The house was gorgeous in a cute community steps away from a beach and really nice playground. We were close to Niagara Falls.and all the excuraions we had planned. I had 1 question when we got there and it was answered immediately. Highly recommend.

    My family of 5 (ages 16 and older, so 5 adult sized people) stayed for a week. At 2 am on the first night, the fire alarm went off (twice) for no reason while we were all asleep (none of us smoke or vape). Per the listing, the front room was supposed to have (and pictured on vrbo) a futon. However, there was a leather recliner sofa instead. This meant the front room could no longer be used as a bedroom, forcing one person to a top bunk or the living room fold out couch (either way no privacy). The master bedroom has plenty of dresser/drawer space but there are none in any of the other bedrooms (there were closets though). The grill would only light a small section (20%?) of the burner, the rest had to be manually lit. We were going to use the oven but when we turned it on to preheat it, there was some smoke and smell so we turned it off right away. Used the toaster oven instead. The cookware was old and beat up (anything that was supposed to be nonstick was not anymore, making eggs was fun). Just some minor things that would take this place to the next level - Dressers in all of the bedrooms, a safe/clean grill, a good nonstick pan, some kitchen shears, a larger bed in the master bedroom (currently a full size but there's room for queen or king), a beach umbrella and some beach chairs. The location is great, easy walk to the beach. Short ride to the falls.

    The house was as described only issue is with the air conditioning house was really hot when we arrive and it never cooled down the first night was hard to sleep. Each of the next night it got alittle cooler but never really got down to 70 deg. up stairs When we would leave for the day the owner, or the thermostat would change temp to around 80 deg.F at thermostat but upstairs where bedrooms where located was a lot hotter 85 or more. Thermostat was a nest therm. so not sure if was remotely changed or on a schedule but people staying there should be able to control temp. So, we had lower temp every time we got back to house to 70 and it would take all night to even get close to 70. Maybe the air conditioning system couldn't keep up and if that's the case owner need to supply fans in rooms for people to use.

    The kids felt at ease in the home. The location was perfect for us to venture around Ontario. The beach off season was lovely and empty. It was clean and minimally furnished which was helpful for having three kids running around. We enjoyed s’mores out back with the fire pit.

    Almost new construction. Great communication with host. Property as described. Hardwood floors throughout. Everything worked as it should. Would definitely stay again. Throughly enjoyed the dwelling.

    This property is new, clean, and very spacious. There are lots of room and beds to choose from. What I also enjoyed was the little office in front, which allowed me to do remote work during our stay. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and very nice. I would definitely choose this property again in the future.
