(Sunny) Days of Our Lives | Includes Pool, BBQ and Bikes!

We were attending a swim meet at north shore aquatic complex. The choices were a hotel or vrbo and we were happy with choosing vrbo, we were able to store our food/drinks and prepare our own meals. The rooms were nice and the location is very colorful, we loved the murals on several buildings and the proximity to the park/ beach. The pool was nice as well, but the heater does not seem to be hooked up, so it was cold but my kids did not mind. My wife was hesitant about all the glass, mirrors, and furniture but we did not have any problems with them.

It was nice that we could walk into town to shop for gifts and grab a bite. The variety of restaurants was excellent. I also want to give kudos to Jimmy for suppling a great sound system at the pool. Maybe some bikes built for short girls.

First off, the star of the show is tightly contested, is it the relaxing cozy pool, the amenities provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, grill, etc.), or the host who is undoubtedly the nicest, easiest to deal with, and most responsive host you’ll find. Our stay was easy, comfortable and memorable. Will definitely be recommending this wonderful spot to friends and family alike. (As long as we aren’t plotting to book it again for ourselves)

The property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood yet a great location easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The pool is beautiful, clean, and private. Very comfortable for a family.

Jimmy was very communicative leading up to the stay detailing check-in/out procedures. The home is gorgeous, and the pool is top notch. Close to everything Gulfport has to offer. Only 15 minutes to Downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach, and 20 from Fort De Soto. We love Gulfport, and will definitely hope this home is available during our next visit.

This was the second time we stayed there. It is a beautiful place and extremely comfortable. The pool is a delightful place to spend time after a long day out and the host has always given us great restaurant recommendations and quick to communicate and assist.

We come to Gulfport often. This was the first time we rented this house. Walking distance to all the great restaurants etc. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day at St Pete Beach (only about 6 miles away).

The pool was absolutely perfect for me and my kids, they were in it the majority of our stay. Everything inside was clean and tidy, wonderful layout. The host was very prompt with responses and offered suggestions on the area. We had a really great time there.

Lovely duplex with all the amenities you need. Fantastic pool, bicycles, proximity to restaurants and shops. Amazing host, very responsive and flexible. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Property was very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Host made himself readily available through text. Location of home a bonus. It is within walking distance from downtown eateries, shops and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also.

We wanted to check out this part of St. Pete and this was a perfect place to stay. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops, close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and the house is very cute! Pool and private patio were nice as well.

Jimmy is great! The pool is bigger than what it looks on the picture so that was a pleasant surprise. The location is awesome as well since all the nice beaches are within 10-25 minutes of driving. He also has a binder with all the local nearby restaurants and menus. Great stay and will definitely do it again!

We all really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s within walking distance to so much fun activities. The pool was great. We loved the sound system in the pool area. Jimmy was a great host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I’d love to stay here again in the future!

I loved “sunny days”. It is such a cozy and cool place to stay. You cannot beat the location. My only problem at all was sharing the one bathroom with my daughter.Ha

Our group could not be more pleased with our stay. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and ideally situated. Every detail was well thought out. We were continually pleased with little comforts that added To our stay: charging stations, plenty soft towels pillows and blankets & well appointed kitchen. The pool was perfect! Our check in was seamless and our host was quick to offer suggestions and assistance with our trip. Trust his dinner recommendations! In short it is where we will stay when we are in the area.

Sunny days was a perfect family vacation spot. My husband and I were taking sailing lessons out of Gulfport Marina about a mile away while my sister watched our children ages nine and six. We rode bikes to the marina each morning and the kids went to local area beaches, farmers markets and splash pads! From the beginning, the communication with Jimmy was great. He’s very on top of things. Check in process was very simple. Everything at the place was clean and true to the pictures. If you have younger kids just be aware that there are A few glass tables. But my kids were very gentle with them. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, beach chairs etc.. The kitchen was perfect for our family. The outdoor space is wonderful, a private secure patio area and then a shared pool. It was perfect for our kids! Jimmy provided some great local information as well as restaurants to go visit. Downtown Gulfport is a two minute walk away to shops, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. The area is adorable and we would happily stay again Next time we are in the area.

From the moment we got to Florida, we were ready for sunshine and relaxation! Sunny Days did not disappoint. It’s the perfect electric atmosphere for a romantic weekend by the pool and hanging out. Plus the location is spot on to walk and see the sights and restaurants in Gulfport!

This owner is wonderful. I had to find a place after i showed up at my 1st vbro. What a pleasure to work with but the place is beautiful. Super clean and walking distance to great restaurants. I will return
