Sunny Day - Walk to beach- community pool!

The house was furnished with everything a family could need. We were in town for my grandson's baseball tournament and it was a welcome place to return to at the end of the day. Morning coffee and breakfast made it the perfect family stay. Kids loved the basketball available to the guests and residents. Visit the Grand Marlin and have a delicious dinner as well as aint that cajun for wonderful fist and oyster. Thank you to our hosts.

I took 6 teens/preteens and myself and this house was perfect. The girls stayed upstairs and my room was downstairs not under them. The house easily accommodated all of us. I was glad it was in a small gated neighborhood and it took maybe 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool was a hit. The house was clean, management attentive, and had most items you need to cook with and they were of good quality. So awesome to have full size washer/dryer and wagon to use for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This house definitely exceeded our expectations in a lot of ways. We absolutely loved it! Had a little hiccup with the coffee maker, messaged the manager and within an hour they brought out a new coffee maker! Loved all the space, the gated area, the pool, overall construction. Smart TVs and gaming system for the kids was such a life saver especially when it was raining! Also all of the beach equipment was so so so good to have. Just note that there weren’t beach towels. There weren’t a ton of non decorative pillows, primary bedroom bedding was minimal and no blankets in the house, so keep that in mind if you need some of those to get cozy. Overall, this review is my attempt at picking apart something that was absolutely great and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and again!

This was a great stay. Very clean. It was close to the beach and Frank Brown Park.

Home was beautiful just as described and pictured. Home was clean and included all items needed for an extended stay. Check-in was a breeze and felt safe in gated community. Neighborhood was nice and friendly. Pool was nice as well. Conveniently located near beach, grocery store and the Pier Shops! Beach toys, wagon and chairs were included for use! Thanks for making our PCB vacation extra special!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The layout is perfect for large groups or families. Our kids LOVED the bunk room and the gaming system provided. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Wish it was a little closer to the beach but don’t let that discourage you because it’s just a short drive. The house is well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home throughout your stay. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family!

Beautiful home, clean, had extra stuff that helped with our stay. Had a tuff time finding home as address doesn’t take you directly and when we arrived found during the rain storm a hole in the master bedroom ceiling that was leaking. Plus no batteries for several remotes.

We traveled from Texas and it was our first time in Panama City Beach. We had 2 tweens and an infant with us and this home was just perfect for us! Super clean, easy to get to and great location. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful property, thanks for a great vacation!
