Sunny Charming Retreat: Wine Greenhouse

We loved our stay here! It was our first time in Fredericksburg and we loved the house. Everything was so clean and beautiful.

It's amazing. So quiet and peaceful the backyard is amazing. The greenhouse is beautiful. We enjoyed our visit there.

Beautiful, unique, charming place and very clean** Our family of six visited for a day, and my 4 year old granddaughter cried to stay another night. Perfect for a little princess, and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Will most definitely return in the future if it is available.

Everything with this booking was great! Roman was in touch with us from the beginning & responded back to our messages promptly. The house was beautiful, with such nice decorating touches and tray of snack bags as we entered. Another couple & we were visiting Fredricksburg for 3 days and it was the perfect place with one couple staying upstairs and the other downstairs so there was plenty of privacy but also a nice living room to be together, a nice dining table, along with a wonderful kitchen with a nice coffee bar area. It was also a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see while we were there. The wine greenhouse in the back yard is an awesome place and several other wonderful outside sitting areas. We highly recommend staying here!

This sweet, charming cottage was perfect for our birthday celebration stay. So many cute nooks, seating areas inside and out…very clean…a good amount of towels (thank you!)…great location close to Main St. A separate outside entrance to bedrooms/ bath would make this good for parties wanting some privacy but also common areas. We’ll definitely be back.

This property is a perfect retreat for a family that wants private personal space and common gathering areas for meals, drinking wine, and playing games. We found that the property manager had thought of everything and little details that one needs when away for a special weekend. We loved the antique furniture, garden/wine greenhouse, and the kitchen island. We hope to return in the future!

Daughter hadn’t been here in awhile and never in the fall. Would highly recommend it. House has two separate sleeping areas. Adorable old limestone house. Appliances and kitchen updated. Downstairs shower is huge. Beds firmer than I’m used to but still got a good nights sleep. I’d stay here again.

this place was adorable. Very clean and very well stocked. we were greeted by cookies, fruit and there was coffee and tea setup there. i have stayed in lots of VRBO properties but this one went way above and beyond. Will definitely try booking this one again. our group was very impressed with every aspect of this rental. they said we hit a home run in this booking. Thank you.

This house was even better in person. Location is excellent for access to downtown and popping out to the wineries. Super clean and the amenities were far above expectations. We will definitely try to use this property again on our next trip to Fredericksburg
