Sunny Cayucos Escape!

Overall things were very good. Check in perfect, unit clean and well supplied. Check out was explained but compliance a little more difficult. Could not get dishwasher or washer started.Need a little more instruction.

The unit is roomy and well-appointed, with a very functional kitchen and renovated bathrooms.

Lovely well located place. Very comfortable to hang out. The deck in the sun was joy. Kitchen was well equipt and very useful. For being off the highway, it was suprisingly quiet. Beautiful view.

Overall visit was pleasant. Location was convenient for visiting nearby towns. My only concern was the beds could’ve been more comfortable. . Pretty stiff in both bedrooms

This is truly an exceptional property! This house really felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. It was super clean and you immediately see the beach from the expansive deck. The bedroom and showers are nicely appointed with plenty of blankets if you need them.Ian and Mitchell were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with friends for a little weekend get away. Home is nicely appointed and comfortable. The property does have AC which was a nice surprise for being close to the beach, especially since our stay was during a little heat wave. Would highly recommend this home and happily stay again should I find myself in the area.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the closet in the main bedroom worked perfectly for our portable crib. We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

LOVED this beach house. The view was amazing and the house was impeccable. My only complaint is the beds are pretty uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Definitely didn't disappoint. This was our second time there, stayed two days with our friends a couple of years ago. As soon as I saw it available we grabbed it up. My favorite part is the deck for sunning, sipping and napping Can't wait until next time around. Hope to be back soon

Nice deck with great view. Property was very clean and well-decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Table and chairs on small deck by outdoor shower are rusty. Access to garage parking would have been helpful. Overall good stay.

This house is well decorated and updated. The management company was great to work with. The kitchen could use a few more things such as newer pans, wine glasses, etc. Overall it was a great place for a coastal getaway.

Home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Family of 5 fit easily with ample space to spread out.

I found this gem right outside Cayucos main area and was so pleasantly surprised. The view is unassuming from the pictures-the deck has a great view of the ocean. The house was clean and upgraded. Very comfortable for our crew.

My mom wanted to get out of the house for a few days and this property was available. I had rented this house almost 2 years ago and I enjoyed it then. We had a very nice stay. The view from the deck is beautiful. The area is quiet.

This two bedroom two bath home has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck, which has everything you need for a family barbecue. My husband and I visited Cayucos to see our son and his family who lived there. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and chatting while barbecuing ribs. The living room has a nice TV for viewing sports and the kitchen is very well appointed. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. There is a washer/dryer and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. We highly recommend this property for your next day in Cayucos.

Our family really enjoyed the property! A little hiccup when we checked in but Ian and Mitchell handled the situation quickly and were so gracious! We enjoyed the sunsets on the lovely deck space. We would definitely stay there again!
