Merely 350 mts from the beach of Playa de Muro -rated among the best in the Mediterranean- and enjoying direct access to lake Esperanza, this luminous holiday home is set on an exceptional location for those looking to enjoy the extraordinary weather of the island in an environment full of commodities and services.
The house, ideal for families and decorated with a fresh and contemporary style, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a bright living room conveniently connected to both the kitchen and the garden with swimming pool. Inside the living room you will find high-speed Internet access (both LAN and wireless), a big flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fireplace and air conditioning. The bedrooms, distributed as follows, are all equipped with A/C units too: one double room with a queen size bed and terrace, two double rooms with twin beds (one of them with terrace), and one single room.
The ample garden with swimming pool is also equipped with a big barbecue, sunbeds, table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner al fresco, and a roofed sitting area where guests can read or have a drink comfortably. The garden also offers direct access to the lake, providing the perfect opportunity to take a lovely stroll and practice a number of sports and recreational activities.
The property is located next to the saline lake known as Es Llac Gran (The Big Lake) or lake Esperanza, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and stores in the vicinity, and there is a hospital with multilingual staff just 600 mts from the house. There are plenty of activities to be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including horse-riding and an animal farm for children just 5 minutes away by car, and the prime location of Port d’Alcudia allows guests to easily visit the Northern side of the island, the Tramuntana mountains, the most traditional towns and villages on the interior, or the wonderful beaches on the East coast of Majorca.
Guests can safely park their car inside the property, and there is plenty of additional free parking space on the street as well. Since the house is located on an area with all types of shops, restaurants and services, there is no need to use the car during your stay, although it is recommended if you want to visit other places around the island. Bus line L351 connects Palma to Port d’Alcudia and stops just 200 mts from the house. Palma’s airport is just 40 minutes from the house by car and reaching Port d’Alcudia and the villa is very easy.
Use of the entire property is exclusively for guests, it will not be shared with the hosts or other people.
Pets are only allowed on request and at the owner’s discretion. There is a 25€ per night fee for pets, which is not included in the published rates.
