Sunny and Central Private Home with Game Room!

Task 2 question and took a long time to reply .. the 2nd question took over 24 hours .. game room in basement was really good .. lots bedroom space .. dining and kitchen area pretty tight

Great place, great locations, kids and adults loved the activities in the basement. Beds were comfortable and I usually don't sleep well away from home.

Overall the house was clean, but table was “sticky” and kitchen appliances were pretty smudged & splattered. Bedrooms & bathrooms were exceptionally clean & comfy

Heating system very uneven and not easy to control. Gathering and shared space a bit small for our group. Always deceiving when looking at photos on vrbo site. Awkward to share a bathroom having to go through someone's bedroom. Staircases were steep with narrow stairs. Somewhat dangerous if not very cautious. Some of Game room arcade type machines now working properly. Overall the house served its purpose but have had better experiences in the past.

The location, price, accessibility to our desired destinations, and ample space for everyone ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Kitchen worked well for those of us that stayed. We didn't need it much just because we were out and about plenty. Easy to get to and from almost all the places we went.

Loved that there were 5 bedrooms so everyone could have their own space. The place was very clean. We also loved the games in the basement!!

The property was okay. My husband had to fix the dishwasher, outlet, and toilet plugged twice. There was no dish towels or coffee filters. The bathroom on the main floor was in the bedroom. There was no other bathroom on the main floor. We could not find the air mattress. I messaged the host. They did not reply for two days.

The house was perfectly located as we were there for the State Fair and Como Park. Bonus we all had our own bedroom. Would stay there again!!

Cute place with alot of bedrooms. We stayed over a very hot weekend and had the ac working extra hard. No early check in but oh well. No complaints

Great big house for the price. Stairs are steep if you have elderly parents. There is a room on the main floor!!! House was great thank you!!

We were in town for a graduation. The location was convenient to multiple neighborhoods we needed to be in.

Went with family 4 young adults and my wife. Everyone had a bed and having 3 bathrooms helped. Cute old home nicely updated. It was perfect for us. I would hoghly recommend to others. Not a ton of gathering space inside but suited us nicely.

This 5 bedroom house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate a graduation at MacAlester. The game room in the basement was an extra plus! The location was convenient and walking distance to coffee and breakfast at local cafe. Rachael was quick to respond when we had a question.

The house was as listed. Lots of space for all of our family members! We loved the game room downstairs too!

This is a really cute little house. If you are renting to have a great place to sleep, this is your place! The bedrooms are comfy and the host is WONDERFUL. If you're looking to hang out, the common rooms are a little tight and the stairs are steep. We had a great time here.

Great location close to Allianz Field. Quaint old home with nice updates. Game room is in basement. Showers had nice stream. Did not have some kitchen essentials like tongs or Pam. TV in 2 of 5 bedrooms. Beds were a bit on the harder size but okay for short stay. Overall, quality stay for the price.

Rachael is an excellent host and her house is well-equipped with lots of room. The first floor and upstairs were very clean too. The 'game room' is actually the basement, which isn't finished, so kind of damp, and is accessed by some precarious stairs. The furnace is down there too, so not necessarily a place you would have your kids in unsupervised. The air conditioner on the first floor is in the kitchen window and it does a great job cooling the first floor if all the doors are open. If you shut the bedroom doors at night, though, they can get hot. Those are the only caveats though. This is a very nice place to stay in a convenient location.

The property was clean & communication was fine, but this is retro fitted home. Game Room is in a musty & moldy basement with a toilet in middle of the open room. En suite shower opening only about 12 inches. No central air and window units way too small to cool a house in heat & humidity of SP in summer. The front porch and exterior paint are peeling. The back porch is missing pieces of skirting and the rotting wood is supported in spots by crumbling concrete. We had no expectations of luxury but this was very disappointing.
