Stayed Sep 29, 2025This property was comfortable, in a great location for my needs (close to family, shopping, food), very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The size of this property, along with the amenities and nice touches were perfect.Our host, Marty, was clear and communicative as he checked in frequently to ensure we had a great stay. Of the several locations I have stayed in Mesa, Arizona, visiting my family, this one is the best! Although my children are no longer young and did not travel with me, this property could have easily accommodated children, especially the community pool aspect which was just across the street. As we continue to address some health concerns with family, each time I return to Mesa, Arizona, going forward, this property and the host, Marty, will be my absolute choice. Stayed Dec 29, 2023Everything about the stay was great… the only downside was the fact this property was double book through another site… this was not the fault of the owner… this was a problem with VRBO and the other site not working together on calendaring … the first 3 nights of my stay were interrupted by the property being occupied by another family. The owner recognized the problem and rectified it as best they could by helping find an alternative place to stay and reimbursing me. In my case I had family in town and was able to make this work. This could have been a huge inconvenience…
