Sunlit Villa - Sophisticated, Luxurious, Elegant, minutes from the Strip

First, the pictures don’t portray the beauty of the house and backyard. I wish we had more time to spend in the backyard. The house has almost everything you need to cook meals, any spice you can think of, make sure to check before you buy. There are ample towels, reading materials and guides to dining. The house was spotless and ample areas inside and out to sit. I wish we were there when the pool was open, but the hot tub was very relaxing especially after a day of hiking. You do need a car to get around. The garage in the house is not available but it is on a very private dead end street. We enjoyed the decorations, fossils and art. It is definitely more of a home feeling than a sterile environment. A wonderful place to stay, about 15 minutes to the strip and airport. Hopefully, we will be back.

Perfect place and location for our week in Las Vegas. The home is very well maintained with all the necessities. When we booked the rating on this home was 10/10. After staying there for a week, the 10/10 is well earned. Great host!

We had a great time. The house was perfect as a home base for adventures around town. Nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. Will stay again!

Sunlit Villa is amazing! Beautiful home on quiet cul-de-sac street. Private backyard, stunning pool, hot tub, many furniture options. Home so clean, furniture and bedding terrific! Home has everything from tp, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, all appliances, spices galore! Location fabulous, just minutes from everything Vegas has to offer! Terrific choice!

This property was perfect for our annual girls trip. It was secluded, but only a short drive from the strip. The house has all the amenities- spices, towels, extra blankets and pillows, king size beds and a bathroom for each room. The outdoor space is perfect for what we wanted. The host and onsite contact were extremely attentive showing our stay as well!

The challenges I did have were looked into quickly by host and corrected otherwise everything was great and I would visit here again. It was as very pleasurable and not too far from the strip.

Check in was super easy with lots of communication beforehand.Wifi worked well throughout the property.The kitchen is very well equipped for all kinds of cooking.The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. Ideally located for the airport, Walmart and The Strip.

House was great, good layout of rooms, large rooms , alot of outside seating. Hot tub was great. Pool was good but a little dated but we still enjoyed it every day. Neighborhood was quiet, house located at end of cul de sac so very little traffic. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed within an hour. We will stay there again.

Loved the property, especially the pool amd outdoor area. House was super nice and clean. Host was so easy to work with. We will be back!

Our family does an annual trip to see an artist somewhere and this year it was Vegas. We booked this awesome house to stay off the strip and enjoy some pool time. We were not disappointed! Property management was great and we loved the location and the house. We saw Hamilton, Chris Angel as a bonus Janet Jackson! Pure joy for the Clark Johnson’s!

This is one of the homes that is actually someone’s home and not furnished with junk from some liquidation warehouse They have everything. I mean everything even a juicer. The knives are sharpThe beds are comfortable Towels are thickI mean this place was perfect for this trip thank you again.

Very much enjoyed this property. The house was very nice and so was the backyard and pool. Wish we could have used it more! Short drive to the Vegas Strip. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was quick and easy, the yard is gorgeous and the kids enjoyed the pool. The house is nice and large and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Owner was very responsive to all the questions and request I had throughout the reservation and very helpful after providing all the information I need it and connecting me with her properly manager once my stay begun, also her manager answer every time I needed her help, overall a great experience, I don’t have to say anything about the property because it sells it self, a beautiful home very well maintained with all the amenities working perfectly in a great safe neighborhood, thank you so much, highly recommended.

Excellent location. Close to the airport and strip without the noise. Home was large and beautiful with lots of room to move. Fantastic back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was clean and accomodating, albeit a little delay in the check-in process. The property kitchen was plentiful and was properly stocked with cups, pots, plates and utensils. BIG PLUS! The backyard is huge with plenty of places to sit/lie down and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, but the jacuzzi water needs to be cleaned or replaced as it did not appear to be very clean. Overall we enjoyed our guys only golf vacation.

We completely enjoyed everything about the property. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The home is set up for pure entertainment! The management host were tremendous and very receptive. Would definitely recommend and would go again!

Everthing was greet beutifful home to rest and we enjoy the big swimming pool my kids hade allot of fun, and everthing in the house was really clean.

It truly was like our own private resort for 7 days! We went for my daughter’s graduation, and we never wanted to leave the house or the backyard which was an oasis! We will be back again soon for sure! Heck I was so easy as well as checking out Great space and everything you need was there!
