The space:
This three level home is made for exploring, relaxing, and making the most of your time in Nashville ✨

First floor: Your group is welcomed by a cozy guest suite featuring a queen bed, private bathroom, and convenient extras like a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. This space is perfect for slow mornings or late-night snacks.

Second floor: Head upstairs to the heart of the home, where a fully equipped kitchen opens into a bright, light-filled living room + half bath. It's the ideal spot for morning coffee and work sessions, laid-back lunches, or getting ready before a night out in Music City.

Third floor: The top level is your private retreat, featuring a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a luxurious walk-in bathroom. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy outdoor seating, great for fresh air, conversation, or unwinding after a full day of exploring.

Every level offers its own vibe, giving your group plenty of space to spread out and feel right at home!!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The home is equipped with an electronic lock. One (1) parking space will be available for the unit, with residential parking in the area. Please be mindful of any 'no parking' signage!

Interaction with Guests:
This unit is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed, but our team is 100% local and we are around to help and on-call 24/7.

If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.

→ There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with streaming capabilities
→ One (1) Parking spot is included. Extra residential parking is limited, but nearby!
→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 5 people. There is a dishwasher. Laundry is in the unit. There is a queen bed, king bed & a couch. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee + Keurig maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
