Perfectly situated steps from the city's trendiest dining on Ossington and the popular Trinity Bellwoods Park.

The space:
Our walkout suite was designed with the modern traveler in mind. Unlike typical basements, this unit features large windows anda private walkout entrance, flooding the open-concept living area with natural light.
• Culinary Ready: A fully-equipped, modern kitchen with full-sized appliances—perfect for a quiet night in after exploring the local markets.
• Rest & Recharge: A cozy sleeping area with premium linens and a newly renovated bathroom.
• As we live on the upper floors with our two young children, you may hear the occasional pitter-patter of footsteps during the day. However, we strictly observe an 8:00 PM bedtime routine, so you can look forward to quiet and peaceful evenings throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:
You are staying in Little Portugal, one of Toronto’s most sought-after pockets. Walk out your door and you’re minutes away from:
• Ossington Avenue: The city’s coolest strip, home to Mamakas, La Banane, and Bang Bang Ice Cream.
• Local Favorites: Grab a world-class slice at Pizzeria Badiali or a unique cocktail at And/Ore. Both only steps away.
• Parks & Leisure: A short stroll to Trinity Bellwoods Park for a picnic, people-watching or a morning jog.
• Transit: Steps away from the Dundas streetcar to take you straight into the downtown core or the subway

We are a 20-35 minute drive from Pearson Airport and 15-20 minute drive from Billy Bishop Airport
We are a 30 minute walk from BMO Field - convenient for FIFA games and events.

Guest access:
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire basement suite via the side walkout entrance.

Other things to note:
• Registered & Compliant: This is a legally registered short-term rental with the City of Toronto.
• Quiet Hours: This is a family-oriented home. While the suite is private and well-insulated, overhead noise from our children is possible during daylight hours. To ensure a restful environment for everyone, we observe a quiet household starting at 8:00 PM and kindly ask our guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The house is located on a quiet street, but as needed, we provide a white noise machine in the bedroom for light sleepers or those who enjoy a consistent ambient sound to drift off to.
• Parking: While we do not have on-site parking, we can help you arrange a temporary City of Toronto street permit for a small daily fee.
