From the moment you arrive, the welcoming entryway hints at the sophisticated coastal lifestyle that awaits inside. Step through the front door into a sun-drenched, open living space, soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive picture windows showcase sweeping views of the lagoon. To your left, you'll find the formal dining room with built-in cabinetry, that provides the perfect hosting space for parties or gatherings. To your right of the entryway, a home office is tucked into the corner with a wall of windows offering nature views, along with a built-in desk area and large storage closet.
Venturing back into the main living area, you'll find the living room with soaring ceilings, built-in's, a wood burning fireplace and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, making it the perfect space for intimate evenings and lively gatherings.
At the heart of the home, the gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. Outfitted with luxurious granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including two full Kitchen AideA® gas oven/stoves installed in 2024 with extra-large gas storage tank and a SamsungA® refrigerator/freezer, this thoughtfully designed space also features a stylish breakfast bar and a cozy family breakfast nook, ideal for morning coffee or casual dining. Off the breakfast nook, you'll find the family room, tucked cozily into the corner with beautiful wood built-ins and more soaring views of the lagoon.
This home also offers not one but two outdoor living spaces, including a large, screened-in porch and an expansive deck that extends off the Primary bedroom, and stretches across to the family room, allowing you to take in those incredible lagoon views from truly every angle.
The primary suite is a true retreat, with serene views of the lagoon and access to the deck, along with a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two large his-and-hers closets flanking either side of the ensuite bathroom.
The first floor of this home also offers three spacious bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom and the other two which share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each has their own spacious closet as well. This floor is finished off with a large laundry room off the kitchen.
