Spent Xmas week with family at Perdido Dunes. From initial check process to final checkout, everything was as expected. Fantastic beachfront home with plenty of space to relax. Amenities were useful for a young family to use kitchen, as needed. Plenty of decent places to eat out as well. I would not hesitate to rebook for a future stay! Thanks for sharing this home with our family....

Definitely the Best place we have stayed at. Perfect fit for our small family. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and accessories.

Great location and great house! We travelled with 3 small children, and the garage was full of beach boys and chairs which was a nice surprise! Will come and stay again!

This was our family’s second stay at Sun-kissed Sands at Perdido Dunes. Being able to walk out to your own private beach with amazing views is incredible! Clean home, easy check-in/check-out. The only drawback was there were only eight towels for seven people for multiple nights and no detergent was supplied and only one garbage bag. But other than that it was a fantastic stay!!

W had a perfect week! The views are amazing, the short walk to the beach just right and the townhome was very comfortable. We had everthing we needed. There were beach chairs in the garage which was really nice since we forgot ours. My favorite thing was sitting on the deck in the early morning enjoying the view of the ocean. One thing someone might want to know if you have trouble with stairs going up to the bedrooms-they were a little steep. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was nice. The inside looks very nice. Couches and beds were all comfy. We loved the privacy of our little spot on the beach.

Enjoyed this private condo with access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, the view from the balconies were fantastic, and beaches not too crowded. ?

The rental was very well kept and excellent location with the backyard being the beach. Quiet area to relax and enjoy the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again.

We’ve stayed in this condo 5 times now, and the quality has dropped noticeably in recent years since Vacasa began managing the rentals. The owners seemed to put a lot of care into the place, but they’re selling it now, and no one is maintaining it, cleaning it well, or keeping the amenities stocked. The kitchen has no oven mitts, the sink light has been broken for 2 years, the love seat smells like mildew, and we found broken glass on the floor and sand on the drinking glasses. I hope whoever buys this place takes good care of it because it really is a gem.

Kristin, our host, was great! She was communicative. Property was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook meals. Pool was clean and very close. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was also very clean and uncrowded. Kristin recommended a beach equipment rental company that we rented a wagon, canopy, etc. Mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and beach stores were a short walk away. Would recommend!

We love the location and privacy this rental offers! Along with the private beach access, it has been a yearly booking for our family!

Such a cute place. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this place again in the future!

Loved the seclusion of having our own townhouse just steps from the beach. No elevators to mess with. House fully stocked and had everything we needed. No issues getting in with door code. Must try the Crab trap if you visit!

My partner and I had a great stay here for a week in May 2024. The unit was very clean, exactly as advertised, and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Our host was very friendly and easy to reach, although we didn’t need anything from our host during our vacation. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Indian Shores or nearby.
