Redington Beach, Florida
Just a 3-block walk to Gulf Blvd., this is a bright, spacious, mid-century family home. Old Florida retro touches remain in this clean, fresh, and updated home. Located in a terrific residential neighborhood, it's a great location close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and many activities in the area. As our guest, feel like family and make yourself at home. You will have a kitchen with many of the amenities you have in your own home. Wi-Fi and basic cable television service included. Parking for two cars in driveway. Private patio in back. Laundry facilities on-site (garage). Queen beds in both bedrooms. The master has an en suite bathroom (if needed, there are grab bars in both bathroom showers). Large open concept living room/dining/kitchen area. Want to rinse off after the beach Use the outdoor shower on the patio! No additional cleaning fee as it has been included in the pricing. Thanks for checking us out!
House was nice, property manager was nice and communicated as needed. I would not hesitate to rent again.
I apologize if this is long: We used to stay at another part of the Gulf Coast for over 20 years for spring break. Due to Hurricane Ian, that was not possible this year. I searched VRBO and found this lovely rental. Nancy was very good about communicating regarding the check-in process and other questions. She met us at the property and welcomed us. The beach house truly is just a short walk to the beach! We found at other rentals that they were often stocked with garage sale quality pots, pans, etc., so I started bringing my own. This is not necessary here! The beach house is fully stocked with dishes, cups, new pots and pans, sharp knives, a waffle maker, and grills, to name a few. There was also sugar, flour and a variety of spices that you don't find provided at other places. The bed was comfortable and what a luxury it was to have an en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom. The backyard patio was great to have, especially on windy days. The outdoor shower was used frequently to rinse off our sandy feet. Although there are not a lot of beachside restaurants, we walked to the Conch Republic (not on beach) and Mango's in the Doubletree Hotel (beachside) and had a couple of nice meals and drinks. Other restaurants and bars were also within walking distance and some others and grocery stores were a quick drive. Because this is a newer rental, Nancy asked for our opinions on what else should be provided. We felt valued as guests/renters rather than a source of income. All in all, I highly recommend the Sunflower Beach House.
We loved the house. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. Nancy didn't miss a thing in furnishing the house with everything we needed, except groceries of course, for our 3 week stay. Location is great. Easy walk to the beach or walk to the inter coastal inlet where you can relax on benches and enjoy the views. Nancy is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions you might have.
We loved our 10 day stay at the delightful Sunflower Beach House and wished we didn’t have to leave. Our Host, Nancy, was warmly welcoming, very helpful and ensured we were well looked after. The Sunflower Beach House was full of natural light, uplifting beachy décor, spotless, incredibly organized, cozy, spacious with an abundance of supplies for all living areas including outside and for the beach. The home and neighbourhood were peaceful, safe and a five minute walk to the Gulf beach. Thank you, Nancy, for a wonderful stay - we hope to return soon!
