Stayed Jul 10, 2025The listing says washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs which there were, but neither dryer worked and when staying with 18 people we really needed a working dryer. The AC downstairs would freeze during the day and it would get to about 80-82 degrees. It would unfreeze at night and start working again. Floors downstairs VERY sandy when we arrived. other than that, wonderful place! We hope to stay again if we can confirm both washer/dryer are working :)

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Overall our stay was good. The family enjoyed the spacious living and dining areas. The beach was nice and you could leave your tent during the night so you could have the same place the next day. The staff that I communicated with was very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the upstairs AC on our last day, but it cooled during the night so it wasn't unbearable. They were sending out repairmen as we left the next morning. There were a few things that just needed to be repaired (dining room chair legs loose for example...we tightened them; the wooden balconies could be repaired/replaced. A little weak in areas.) Otherwise, a good time was enjoyed!

Each bedroom/bathroom was great. Plenty of hot water, refrigerator storage and dining space. The pool close by. Can’t wait to go again!!

The Sundowner is a great house when you include children and grandchildren. Lots of room and two sets of washer/dryer. The Pool is conveniently located on the walk between the beach and the house. We were told the owner was in the process of replacing the Sofa, which was in bad shape. A few of the pans need tossed, but there are still plenty of pans that are good. The folks at Sundowner Properties are easy to work with.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The 2 refrigerators, ice maker, huge kitchen table, plenty of hot water and cold AC made this property perfect for our large group. A couple mattresses need replacement but that was the only negative we had. We made a lot of memories here!

Reviewer Comments: House accommodated our large family well but safety issues with kids. 1st floor patio door wouldn't latch, nails protruded from decks on all floors, wifi worked in half the house, livingroom couch needs replaced BAD. We still had a good vacation.
