SunChaser - Waterfront - June Dates Still Available!!!!

Sunchaser was perfect, and Lynn was amazingly helpful. The house is beautiful, my daughter loved playing in the sand with the sand toys, and I fished off the dock every day. There was a beautiful beach a short walk from the house. We had an issue with our rental car and wound up having no car for most of our trip and Lynn found us a golf cart to rent that would be dropped off at the house. She and her husband also did everything they could to get us a ride to the airport. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to everyone.

SunChaser was a wonderful vacation spot for our family! Our adult children celebrated their 25th, 24th, and 23rd birthdays during our time there, and it was a great time for everyone. Fishing off the dock, kayaking, short walks to the beach, reading on the deck, playing board games at night, cooking and grilling together - there was something for everyone!The only hiccup was the A.C. went out while we were there but Lynn had a repair person there within hours to have it fixed.Dauphin Island is a very relaxing location. You won't find any chain restaurants or stores on the island which was a welcome feature for us. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend bringing home some steamed seafood from Skinner's.

Sun chaser was fabulous! This was our first time experiencing the bay side and we were not disappointed. The sand area downstairs was great for keeping our littles entertained without having to pack up for the beach. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, using the crab traps, crab hunting and night, and enjoying the deck. 10/10 recommend!

This rental home was perfect for our family spring break! The only reason to leave the house was to restock the fridge. From the patio we watched dolphins swim, and otter play, and so so many birds. We successfully caught blue crab from the traps and caught fish to feed the awaiting heron. The sunsets were stunning. We had everything we needed at the house. The ample beach toys and kayaks brought hours of entertainment and that little beach was my absolute favorite. I would recommend this rental for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owners were very responsive and kind. I can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great time on Dauphin Island! Plenty to do for kids and adults alike, and also the perfect place to just “do nothing” but go to the beach just a short walk (or golf cart ride if you rent one!) away. The house is in a great spot - a quiet and peaceful street - and the views at sunrise and especially sunset cannot be beat. My kids loved fishing from the dock and playing in the sand during our down time. Sunchaser is incredibly clean and nice! A great spring break trip for us all - kids age 7, 9, and 12, and the adults as well! We will be back!

Nice rental on a dead end street. Very quiet in March. Fishing was good! Beaches had very few people. Overall great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunchaser. Location was great to dock a boat and catch all the bait fish you need. We used the kayaks to go back and forth between the house & small beach on the sound side which was perfect for the kids ages 3, 6 & 8. House was very nice and as described. Lynn was easy to communicate with and was so nice and helpful!

Absolutely lovely! The home was perfectly situated on a quiet street with views overlooking the canal and bay. Our coffee in the morning was enjoyed on the deck each day while we watched birds flying by. The beach on the gulf side was so easy to access from the house, only a short walk. We spent our lazy afternoons under the house in the shade and cooling off by jumping in the water for a swim. The beds were comfortable, the house immaculate, the kitchen had what we needed to make meals. We loved our stay and can't wait to get back!

This home is set right in the middle of dauphin island. You can access the beaches easily! The home has a great kitchen and living area with plenty of space. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. The rooms were perfect and the a/c cooled amazingly! The kayaks were a nice activity, and so were the crab traps! I would recommend this home to families. We were there on the 4th of July and walked the 3 blocks to the beach to watch the show! Also, I should mention Lynn is a wonderful host and communicator, and made sure we were taken care of!
