Stayed Mar 6, 2024Our original place was upgraded due to a burst pipe.. the place at 214 E Government st was absolutely beautiful and clean… perfect walking distance to Saenger Theater and all the eateries and night life we wanted. Management was easy to work with and prompt with answering any questions we had… would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 1, 2022This cute little cottage is steps away from downtown Pensacola’s fun restaurant, shopping and nightlife scene. It is well-appointed with everything you need in terms of linens and kitchen set up. The property managers were responsive with answers to my questions. A couple of items need TLC - the back yard needs attention and the window sill in shower needs mending from water damage. Aside from that, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay, the customer service and great amenities!

Stayed Sep 10, 2021I have absolutely no complaints about this property except that the landscaping and grass is beyond overgrown. It really needs to be cleaned up and maintained.

Stayed Jun 2, 2021If you are looking for walking distance to downtown this is the place. The property appears to be held together with paint, yard overgrown , we were notified the day of check-in that paperwork needed to be filled out for the property manager which is hard to do when you're traveling.
