Sun-Soaked & Heated Pool Home - Minutes to Siesta Key

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Sarasota, my family had a great time. House is well equipped and communication was easy.

The home was very spacious. The 4 bedrooms were large and well laid out. It was fantastic to have 3 full baths. The pool and lanai were really nice and we used them daily.

8 adults fit very comfortably in this lovely home. Good location to many of our favorite places to visit in Sarasota. Comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms each with ceiling fans were perfect to sleep in. Communication from the host was streamlined and professional. Loved the under cabinet lighting in the one bathroom and the pool was used each day even in some of the colder January temperatures.

We had a great stay at the house for our soccer showcase. There was plenty of room for all of us (3 teens and 3 Moms). We loved that we all had our own bathroom. The house was very well stocked with everything that was needed. The host is very responsive and is so amazing and easy to work with. Honestly the best host that I have worked with. We needed a little bit of an early check in and a late check out and this was accommodated. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to the beach and to the Crosley Powell estate where we were attending a wedding.

Great pool and backyard space! Screened in porch was a nice place to just hangout with family! Host is fantastic to work with - quick responses and helpful!

The house is amazing.... We had a few Hiccups, but the Owner and I soon became fast friends. I plan on coming back in May with some GF's for a 4-5 day stay...

The property is pretty big and has lots of room for a family that is vacationing. The area is close by to the beach and other things you may need like grocery stores and restaurants. It was an easy check in process and the place was clean. Tons of towel available and kitchen has everything you need! It’s a wonderful place with the amazing pool. Would highly recommend to anyone with a big family/group!

House was beautiful and had been remodeled with update interior, however, overall housekeeping was “tidy” not clean. Caution about the various levels in this home. Step-up after entry & step-up into 2 of the bedrooms. A guest tripped hard but didn’t fall on this step. 2 stairs up into the main bathroom and one step inside of the closets. I guess actually fell and stepping into this closet. Host had delayed response on some issues and was not responsive on other issues.Delayed response – Only a few clean bath towels for five adults. (Towels were left in the dryer for us, but was still wet because Host said dryer drys slow; so we had to re-wash the towels, then dry them. Dryer always took two cycles (90 mins /1.5 hrs) to dry towels.No clean pool towels. (6 pool towels were there but were left hanging on the outdoor patio furniture (maybe to dry). House brow, clean towels the next day.No response - main bath had very slow bathroom drain. Standing water by the timeshare was finished. Took 15 minutes for water to completely drain so the next person could shower. (since host didn’t respond, we bought a plunger to try to clear drain, but no luck).

The house was very comfortable, well-maintained, conveniently located, and spacious. It contained all the necessary amenities, including full kitchen, dining room, living room, study and swimming pool. Plenty of bathrooms and essential washer and dryer. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Sarasota.

Excellent location, great pool and very clean! We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. The house is located in a great area with lots of stuff around when you need it. It was exceptionally clean, we were perfectly happy there and want to rent again in the winter !

One of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Great layout of rooms. Plenty of privacy and large communal area. Great kitchen and great pool. Close enough to the beach and many of the best local attractions.

Owner was VERY responsive. House was beautiful and clean. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Sarasota!

The home was wonderfully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor patio and pool were especially nice and inviting. The house was also well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen area and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was central and a short drive to almost everything. Ample instructions and thoughtful amenities. Well appointed outdoor space. Good bathroom to bedroom ratio. We would absolutely visit this property again.

Incredible house that gave our family of 9 and 1 child plenty of space for alone time as well as cozy enough for gamenights and pool time. Easy travel time to the beaches and grocery stores. Can't wait to do it again!

We enjoyed a terrific stay at this 4 bedrooms/ 3 bath house. 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 singles and we utilized all 4 bedrooms. Good location, small pool in the backyard.Smooth communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this house for a group.You can't judge a book by the cover, and you can't judge this house by the exterior, Very spacious and comfortable inside with lots of privacy. It was a perfect choice for us.

Very clean and stylish decor! Highly recommend. The management team was highly responsive to one minor issue which quickly resolved We throughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

Overall, this was a very convenient place to stay for our son’s soccer tournament in Lake Ranch. We have adult children that came with us, so it was very nice that the bedrooms & bathrooms were set up to have private space. I did not realize that in order to have the pool heated was an an extra expense beyond the initial reservation costs; and initially when eliminating g at properties this one came up as having a hot tub as well, which was not onsite on the property. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay here.

Property was in great condition, kitchen was well stocked. Heated pool was great as was the covered patio.

The home was perfect for an extended family stay. It was our parents and adult children and grandchild.

Perfect and extremely informative rental. close by to so many great things to visit and make your visit exceptional. the property is 6 STARS and will easily exceed your expectations in every way. I know we will plan to visit again when in the area.

The house was very clean and well kept. When we arrived we were concerned about a tarp on the roof, however after a quick conversation with the property manager all fears were set aside. These things happen. The house was quite pleasant and met all of our needs and expectations. The family loved the pool and the nearness to all of the events we enjoyed. Highly recommend.
