Reviewer Comments: We love this rental since we can bring our pup and it fits our needs of our family. We like the view and being able to see the sunset along with the bay. Can't wait for next year!

The unit was bright and cheerful and very clean. We saw some beautiful sunsets over the bay from our back deck. The location was perfect for us because we were right down the road from Tom Cove's Campground where our son and daughter-in-law were camping and they were able to come over a few evenings to play cards. We definitely would recommend this unit to friends and family.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good thing about this home is the location and the fact it comes with beach equipment. The down side is there were ants everywhere. They were in the counter, in the downstairs bathroom, living room, and even in the fridge. We wanted to cook food in the kitchen, but we're forced to eat out every day because of the disgusting amount of ants. Will not be back.

Appliances needed maintenance. I know agency was at the mercy of the repair man. Promised compensation as we were unable to use dishwasher and dryer.
