BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 3 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The home is perfect for a family, we stayed with our daughter and our parents. With 2 living spaces and kitchens, it was perfect. Our fur babies loved the backyard and the fishing was wonderful!

    We traveled from TX 15hr drive, got in late around 130am. The door code did not work. Called the help desk, they had to call the person on call who wasn't answering. An hour later of still waiting my husband walked around and found a side door unlocked. If he had not walked around we woukd have to find somewhere to sleep for the night. At 530am finally received a call with a new door code. Never received an apology from the rental company Beachball or any compositions for this which I'm disappointed about especially paying for that night. Other than that the house was nice. The dock my family enjoyed fishing from everyday. The house is very roomy in a private area. A few updates like a new shower head in the front bathroom would be nice.

    My family and I really enjoyed our time at the Sun of a Beach home. We typically stay over on the Gulf Shores side where it is crowded with lots of traffic. The Sun of a Beach was over on the Ft. Morgan side which was very quiet and relaxing and you didn't have to deal with the big crowds unless you went over to Gulf Shores. We loved spending time on the enclosed patio area watching the water and the sun sets. We even got to enjoy a night by the bonfire. My husband and son enjoyed their fishing on the dock and cought 3 salt water catfish and one stingray. The way the house is set up it would be great if there was separate couples/families that came because it had the split living/kitchen areas. If I could recommend anything I would recommend that the stove be replaced. The burners are hard to cook on because the slant and the pans don't stay on it right and one burner seems to cook at only one temp. Other then that, the house was very quaint and perfect.

    The property is an older block home that is very comfortable, not pretentious. Much more spacious that we imagined. This is our 3 time at a VRBO and it was as we expected. Tne location and spaciousness made the trip. It is comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend. This will be a great family place.
