Sun Kissed Palms: Newly remodeled, Private Pool, Close to Beach!

Everything was just as stated, all the amenities you could ever want or need were there. The owner even stopped to see us and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay. It was very close to the beach and downtown.

My family stayed in this house for a week. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, accommodating and everything in between. Everything you need for your stay. Chris, the host, was the best. Responsive and concerned about making the stay easy and comfortable for my family. The location is also great. Easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops!

Sun Kissed Palms is a beautifully presented property that suited our family group perfectly. The house is spotlessly clean, extremely well fitted out with lovely personal touches that make it feel homely. Chris and Tracey are great hosts - we felt we arrived as guests and left as friends. Communication was easy with any queries being answered swiftly.The location is perfect - so near to the beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The pool is great, gets the sun all day and has plenty of chairs and sun loungersWe had a great time and were sad to leave.

House and location was just as advertised. Beach, restaurants and Time Square were all within walking distance. Home is clean and nicely stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Chris was a gem. She was prompt to answer questions and offer recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Choose Sun Kissed Palms for your next visit to Fort Myers Beach. This property was located just 3 doors away from the main street. It was exactly the location we wanted. This place is VERY well stocked with utensils and cookware! Light switches were labeled and all appliances were nice & in working order. She even included garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. Chris was a dream to work with. Check in & out was simple! We would definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough good about this place! It’s a 5 star PLUS!! Chris was soo prompt to respond to my emails and texts and wonderful to work with!! Her Condo is fantastic!!Its absolutely Pristine! Soo clean and well appointed! Exactly as the pictures and description portrayed! The location is ideal.. a 5 minute walk/bike ride from the beach. Close to EVERYTHING but in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet. Didn’t rent a car and didn’t need a car. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was beautiful!! Everything in the condo is new and clean! The beds were comfortable. Lots of closet space.. 2 full bathrooms! There were 4 of us and we all felt like we had lots of space. The front deck faces the sunrise and is peaceful in the morning. I drank my coffee there every day!! The check in process was soo easy and Chris made sure our stay was a success! You will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be back!!
