The home is absolutely beautiful and clean! The beds are not ideal as every one of the guys commented on how uncomfortable they are. Location was perfect for their baseball tournament. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The spa and pool were clean and accommodated our group quite well. Our location was convenient to Publix and BJs. Our only suggestion would be the addition of grab bars in the bathrooms for older guests like us and more towel holders in the master bathroom. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The check in and out was super easy. We had a little issue but the property manager Brian did his best to fix it. When he could not Melanie was on it. She even offered us another rental. It wasn't that big of a deal. We chose to stay where we were. We loved the house. They had it fixed as soon as they could. It wasn't anything that was a deal breaker by any means. It was just the hot tub not heating up. I would definitely stay there again. If you haven't stayed there you are missing out.

The house was very clean. The accommodations were great. We were gone quite a bit so didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. The location was perfect for us, and made a great home base.

We had an exceptional stay here. We got very lucky with absolutely perfect weather, but even if it rained everyday, the place would have been wonderful. The house is immaculately maintained. The lanai, pool and hot tub were luxurious and we would have been happy to stay there, with a view of the canal and the sound of rustling palm trees, for the entire week. We did venture out a flew times. It was a little over an hour drive to Manasota Key, which was beautiful. I think Sanibel Island would have been a little closer. There’s also a small river beach at the Yacht Club (about 30 mins from the place) but unfortunately the fishing pier was destroyed. My husband did some fishing from the dock ant the house and caught a small bass, and got a gar down the block. We found a bike path just west of the house and rode that for about 4 miles. We had a nice riverfront lunch at Monarca’s (approx 30 minute drive from the place). There is not a ton to do in the immediate vicinity, but honestly you don’t need to leave the house!!

The place was perfect for our needs. I appreciated the cleanliness.

The house was awesome. Pool and spa was a hit with the kids! Close to everything! Only one minor detail house across the canal )not directly across but to the right) played loud music all night for two nights in a row. Luckily the house was pretty sound proof but kids still bothered by it! But don’t let that stop you from staying. The house is awesome as my grandkids put it! Thank you!!

Beautiful sunsets and sunrises! My husband played baseball and I did a work vacay. Perfect spot and location! Definitely will come back!

4 sisters had a great time for 6 days. Our place was clean and ready upon our arrival.

We loved our stay here! The pool was wonderful! House was super clean! Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!
