Stayed Mar 1, 2025WOW!!! An incredible property to have an opportunity to stay in & enjoy. The host has everything one would need in non-perishable paper products, kitchen products, linens, towels, etc. The property was immaculate and the host provided one additional cleaning during the monthly rental period. Sun City Palm Desert has so very many amenities to enjoy when you rent this property. Multiple workout facilities, hot tubs, pools (indoor & outdoor), 2 full length golf courses, driving range, practice areas, 18 hole putting course, and resident rates for your golf. Tennis & pickleball courts, Bocce ball facilities. Numerous social clubs and a performance theater. More options than I can list here. The very best price value in the Coachella Valley. Multiple restaurant options within the complex. 24 hour security in this gated community. One of the safest places you could choose to stay in the California Desert. Owner was very responsive when a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom had to be replaced, which he promptly took care of. A really nice private backyard patio area for entertaining. A very quiet area in the Sun City complex. 10 ***** property!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Property was exactly as advertised. House was very clean and well stocked. Patio and backyard was very private and there is a nice grill. Toaster oven was a plus! House is walking distance to Lakeview clubhouse and putting course. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Excellent community amenities.

Stayed Jan 31, 2023Our stay was wonderful. The Litbergs were very helpful in getting us everything that we needed and in troubleshooting the internet after a windstorm. The huge lemon tree in the backyard was a surprise and provided us with fresh fruit every day. They are excellent hosts.
