The property is newly remodeled and excellent. It is comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. It took us about two days to get the lay of the land but travel by foot and car was very easy. We didn't try the rec center but would recommend doing this early in your visit. There is a lot to do there.
Thank you Jerry for allowing us into your home. We stayed 1.31.22 to 1.29.2023. It has everything you need for a long stay. The home is comfortable and roomy. The beds and showers are modern, lots of storage room for whatever you bring. There were four of us and it was large enough that we all had the space we needed. We felt very safe in this Sun City neighborhood and everyone we met was friendly. A few minor incidents that came up where addressed promptly and none were urgent issues. Highly recommend this property.
Lots of space, especially liked the Arizona room. Access to the New River recreation trail close by for biking and walking was one reason we chose this property. Kitchen could use a make over but served us ok. Would consider a return in the future if available.
Everything we needed was there! We enjoyed so much the large AZ room with it’s windows. We used the back yard patio often. Only thing not listed, was the pool is not heated. Jerry’s response to questions and needs were answered promptly. We would highly recommend this large, well equipped home!
We are frequent renters in Phoenix and really enjoyed this home. You will like the clean, open look of the neighborhood. We had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. They had extra towels, sheets and blankets if we needed them. Our favorite part of this home was the big Arizona room that is surrounded by windows that look out to the pool and patio. This room was where we spent most of our time with a TV, couch, recliner, table and chairs and beautiful view. We have a lot of family in Phoenix so don't do much sight seeing but if you want to see the area you can easily get to the 101, 10 and the new 202. Casinos are close by with the Vee Quiva being our favorite. If you are into thrift stores Sun City is the place to go. They have 4 stores on the same section where you can park and walk to all the stores. Wednesday is half price day in most stores. Jerry was quick to respond when we had questions making our stay even more comfortable. There were only 2 of us but this home would be nice for families with children. We enjoyed our stay and know that you will too. Marsha and Jim Bowie, Maryland
This home was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. It has a relaxing backyard and large sunny Arizona room, which was nice since we had to shelter in place for two weeks. We were fortunate enough to enjoy the orange and grapefruit trees. This property is a nice place to stay.
Thank you nice house
